Front desk staff were amazing..I arrived 3 hours early and they were still able to get me into a room before 3pm check.

Midnight front desk staff was surly and unfriendly.

It was a nice accommodation, clean, friendly and a great stay.

Room was clean and updated. The bathroom was incredibly small and the sink was unfortunately not separate from the toilet/shower area, which wasn’t as convenient, but fine. Pool and outdoor hot tub were great. 2 of the pools still weren’t open and apparently it’s been quite a long time.

The carpet in the room and the hallway was coming apart so maybe a liability for the hotel at this point as it is dangerous.

Very outdated and poorly maintained. Gave "The Backrooms" vibes and they don't have cots, even if you pay for them. Was lectured by staff multiple times about using a third-party booking app. It was an annoying stay.

Absolutely loved my stay here. I slept for 9 hours and very comfortably. I’m someone who wakes up every 30 minutes but I got an incredible rest at this hotel. The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic, the staff super friendly, shout out to Kimberly, and the room was very clean. I will definitely be back.
