Great and very clean

Its ok

Hassle-free check-ins and clean room..

I do not know her name but the young lady that worked the front desk for check in/check out was rude, and had absolutely no managers whatsoever. This was actually my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I continued to come back because the rooms are decent and the price for what you get is reasonable, but this last visit will be my last. I've actually recommended this hotel to friends and family too, but I will say, I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone going forward, after what I experienced on my last visit. I have never been treated, or been spoken to, in the manner in which I was spoken to on my last visit, by anyone working in the hospitality industry ever before. As I said, this was my last time ever staying here at this hotel, and I wouldn't recommend a start here to anyone.

This this this place right here is a total win.... After tax!!!! You will love the pool. Moons are clean. Bathrooms are nice. Beautiful flowers all over the place

I honestly loved all the plants and the room was nice. The AC stayed cold and the curtains kept the light out so it was easy to rest.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. The two ladies that helped check us in we're absolutely wonderful. Wished us a great stay, said if we need anything to call down let them know. Totally explained that the property was non-smoking and where I could actually go to have a cigarette.

I booked the hotel i have stayed there 4 times, its a low cost hotel so you should onow what you're getting, everytime i was there the staff was very nice, but the last time the woamn at the desk was very rude ,All i said to her was maybe you shouldn't be in the service business of you dont like people, so i get to the hotel at at 1130 at night to check in and they tell me im not allowed to stay there ,so after 3 hours of driving and late at noght i had to find another hotel and they wouldn't tell me why I couldnt check in even though I had a room reserved

It was a 2 star hotel but it was nice and into the job because I sleep for the night so it worked out just don't tell and special. That's cozyz you feel like you're on your own bedroom

Easy to check in. Customer service was awesome and easy parking. They let me do an early check in for a fee. That wasn’t bad at all. All in all, I would go back for sure.

Check in went smoothly. I arrived later than I had hoped. They offered me a 2nd floor room, due to recent shoulder surgery, they were able to accommodate me with a 1St floor room. The mattress was more firm that I am used to, but I was able to get some sleep. There was a lot of early morning noise. People talking, sirens, etc. I was able to get a couple more hours of sleep after being woke up. The gals in the office were really nic.

Hotel lobby, room, and pool was not nearly as nice as photos online when booking. Seemed unsafe and shady. Overall unpleasant experience and will not ever return.
