Room was top notch. Food was great. Breakfast had loads to offer. Inky downside for me was no bar. They had a fridge with beers to buy but lacked an actuall bar. Thats just me. Many other people might not need a bar. Overall great stay though

We have chosen this hotel quite a few times now for business trips. Breakfast & dinner included which works extremely well. The food is very good. Lovely river outside and very interesting museum next door. Staff always helpful.

Nice and quiet

Expected much better as I have stayed here before, everything was just about okay no real complaints but not impressed. I will stay elswhere in future. Parking in the garage was expensive. Food was just about acceptable same again nothing special.

Nice stuff, very good location, breakfast is not bad. Limited parking, need reservation, but via booking is not possible,only by phone or directly into the their web site. Street parking is not recommended, it has a lot of reserved places. The evening meal is not for 4star hotel, some kind of joke for the 30euro(is not funny). The windows in the room are locked permanently, aspiration is terrible and doesn't have an AC in the room. And...and...

Hotel is very tired, staff are not welcoming. Manager (In all black suit around kitchen area) seemed to walk around looking angry and very unwelcoming. Food is cheaply made, hot dog sausages in a curry is not food for a hotel of this stature. If included or not in the hotel price. Hotel rooms very tired and no headboard which reminds me of a student accomodation, not for a hotel that charges 1500 a night. Hit and miss on staff being friendly and welcoming. Not consistent.

The hotel is in a good location, near a park on the river. An evening meal is included, and it was very good--much more substantial than I expected. The staff was very helpful and our room was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a family room. The air quality was very poor. It seemed like there was absolutely no ventilation. They had a fan running when we got in the room, that should have likely been our first indication that we were in for a warm night. Really difficult to sleep. It had been 30 degrees that day and the room was at least that as well. The guy working the front desk told us that children’s food couldn’t be ordered during the dinner, but said that there was likely something the kids could eat…there wasn’t…I had asked beforehand so that the kitchen could have it ready so we could all eat together at 18:00. Anyway, kids didn’t eat…I asked the woman working the bar if there was anything for children and she said there was actually a children’s menu. So we ordered from that, she saved the evening for us. We just had to pay for it separately. But just for all the families out there thinking of staying here, just talk to the Bart ending staff, cause the guy at the front was uninformed.

Fantastiskt läge vid vatten. Nära till centrum, ändå avskilt. Smakfull inredning. Vänlig o hjälpsam personal. Utsökta måltider.

Rummen var fina och stora. Boendet rent och fint.

Allt man kan önska sig, inget att klaga på. Väldigt prisvärt pga allt extra som ingår, t ex middagen som också höll hög nivå.

Vi tyckte hotellet var väldigt bra och låg otroligt fint intill vattnet.

Väldigt trevlig hotellvistelse. Frukosten var riktigt bra med stort utbud och serverades i en fin och trivsam matsal. Rummen var rena, fräscha och välskötta. Personalen var genomgående väldigt trevlig, välkomnande och gav ett gott intryck under hela vistelsen. Det enda lilla minuset var att baren hade ett något begränsat utbud av dryck. I övrigt är vi mycket nöjda och kan absolut tänka oss att bo här igen för kortare vistelse
