Love the location. For the price I think a mountain view would be expected. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sound proofing could be improved. Overall, a very nice stay.

One think I don’t like of this resort is that I pay $1200 for two nights and they don’t clean the room and not even give us a clean towels I ask the staff but they told me they don’t clean the rooms everyday they do service every other day this is not good for resorts like this Even at motel 6 do the service every day I’m not coming back to this place very disappointed!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights for our 10 year anniversary. They are still doing renovations, but nothing major. This place sucked and the only thing that saved it was Hell’s Kitchen. Hell’s Kitchen was 5 stars, the food and the service was fantastic. The room, the room was nothing special, the shower smelled and we never got room service and had to call for things ourselves. Parking is $20 per night and you will need a card to exit freely, which we had to ask about they never told us about it at check in. Do not do room service as they will charge you twice and you will have to dispute the fees and the tv channels suck and there are no options to sign into streaming services, a little outdated if you ask me. The casino is small, nothing to write home about. Staff is unfriendly and same at Cleo coffee, staff was extremely rude. I would not stay here again.

We loved our spacious room. The lobby staff were friendly and professional. Dinner at the Sage Restaurant was delicious.

The valet and baggage check guys were great! They were quick personable and did a great job loading the car. I had done a lot of shopping on this trip and the bags were heavy! bags were heavythe car

Extremely disappointed. The room was cheaply put together. The fridge door was broken, the shower door handle was broken, the lighting in the bathroom was horriblely dim, the light in the main room kept turning on and off by itself all night, room service was impossible to get without the app but the app was "temporarily unavailable our entire stay, valet took 20 minutes to retrieve our car.... and we stayed in the new tower! We will NOT be back.

Just average hotel .

Bed was uncomfortable. Could not use fire stick. Hidden fees. Thin walls

They are in the orocess of a remodel. Lots of construction noise. Went to check in at 3:30 and was told we could not check in as our room was not ready. Said they woukd call when it was ready. Never got a call. Checked the desk at 4:30 and they said room had been ready. Told them they never called to tell me.

The property is 🚧CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION 🚧 on the main lobby & Casino they’re still open however it’s not as pretty.

We will definitely go back here!

Beautiful resort The worker's really kind.

This hotel is undergoing a MAJOR renovation. Nobody mentioned this prior to booking, either on their website or in the several pre-arrival messages that I received from the hotel. This isn't just a little construction here or there. It is everywhere, and it is awful.

Hotel is under a renewal and upgrade, so services and condition are sketchy. Prices remain unchanged. Most unfortunately the parking structure is also under renovation and is a complete disaster. Even though it is not part of Caesars property the timing and coordination of construction is sad
