Great property 10 minutes away from the Old Port area. The advantages are it is quiet, easy parking and easy access / parking especially if one rents a car. Great cafes and restaurants nearby.

This is a bigger hotel that seems to cater to business travelers rather than offering a European hotel experience. Lots of little amenities. Very clean and nice. Dining at the hotel was expensive. We left before breakfast opened but they put together a box breakfast that was very nice to have for our travels. 15 minute walk to the port. The port here was not as charming as the one in Chania but if you are leaving by ferry, it seems this property is a quiet and comfortable option. You cannot walk to the ferry however with luggage.

Good location walking distance to city center and bus stop. Pleasant and professional staffs.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and this is the first time I didn’t see any hot plate options like eggs and meat. But a staff member asked what I would like and the cook in the back prepared it. It’s the low season, so I suppose that was why.

I was able to check in much earlier than expected. This hotel and amazing staff always exceed expectations. My favorite hotel in Heraklion.

Wonderful hotel and staff, lovely pool, great food.

I would very much recommend this hotel. If you don't mind the 20min walk to the centre of town and the slightly challenging parking it is faultless. Comfortable, quiet and great facilities. The staff were efficient, attentive and friendly. Special mention to the breakfast - staff and food excellent.

Front lobby was uncomfortably warm.

Stayed for a couple of nights before going on to a big resort to meet family. Lovely comfortable room, clean and tidy. Great breakfast. Food by the pool was a little expensive but the pizza was fantastic

Great hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit tight, but comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The service and warmth of the staff was evident from the moment we arrived. The great pool and restaurant were amazing which was great because we had been travelling for weeks and could not muster the strength to go into town.

Really great hotel in the heart of Heraklion. Very convenient to the port and the airport. Staff was very nice and went over and above; we were leaving before breakfast so they made breakfast bags for us and sent us on our way. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel. Breakfast was spectacular, rooms really nice. Staff amazing and a fab location. Pool is also stunning.
