Breakfast has few dishes. 5-star standard. I like afternoon tea at Palace Dalat the most. So chill, so great with a view of Xuan Huong Lake.

Loved the Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel! The French colonial vibes were super cool, and the staff were awesome – super friendly and helpful. They really made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in Dalat. If you're looking for a luxurious and memorable place to stay in Dalat, this is the place!

Nhân viên rất ok nhưng tiện nghi thì tệ quá, biết là khách sạn rất cũ nhưng cũ mà không chỉn chu như lavabo thì tắc, nước từ bồn tắm tràn cả ra sàn nhà.

Nice design but old. No elevator. It was said"Free upgrade depends on availability"but when I asked for upgrading, receptionist requested to pay 1.5 m VND just for changing to another room with better view.

Dalat Palace Heritage xứng tầm 5 sao vàng. Khách sạn vẫn giữ nét cổ điển đầy hấp dẫn, lôi cuốn như một dinh thự cổ xưa. Phòng thì rất sạch và tiện nghi view đẹp. Cảm ơn các bạn HK luôn nhiệt tình vui vẻ. Nhà hàng có tiệc trà chiều rất hấp dẫn . Cảm giác thư giản uống trà và thưởng thức chiếc bánh ngọt rất vừa miệng. Thức dậy không gì bằng một bữa sáng chỉnh chu và vừa vị cho người lớn tuổi cũng như trẻ nhỏ. Cảm Ơn bạn Lâm nhà hàng đã mang đến cho gia đình một sự chào đòn nồng ấm, một sự chu đáo tận tâm từ lúc check in cho đến khi check out lên xe về tới sài gòn. Highly recommended as always. The accommodation catered all my family 's need: location, service, room decoration, especially about the hygiene and safety in this current Covid time.

Magnificent beautiful room, luxurious, enthusiastic concierge reception. However the bed is a bit high. Nice view, good food, more diverse dishes are needed.

The hotel is very nice, convenient location however the hot water is very annoying. One day I had to take a cold shower, other days I was unlucky, there was a reflection that the discharge at one time would be warm but the discharge to the whole 15p would be as cold as the discharge. 😅. Nice breakfast, nice room, only hot water is boring.

Hopeless reception staff. No initiative, no service no hospitality. We did not feel welcome at all. Felt like we owed her money. We owed her our lives. We are just there to disturb her peace. I wonder why the “best” hotel in Dalat would employ her to represent them. Wonder in which life did we piss her off. Still wondering. Traveloka also did not label rooms properly. There is the old wing and the new wing. The difference is big but the difference in price isn’t. Will not stay again.

Check-in time is 2am, the family arrives at 3pm but the room is still not ready, serving not enthusiastically cleaning the room. City View room soundly too bad, from 3h-4h can not sleep due to noise from the street. It is very important to sleep well when going out, as the 5 * hotel already knows this problem but still lets this situation continue. If the guest read reviews from other booking sites, the family did not choose this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and has an ideal photo campus. However, in Da Lat, the hotel has a weak water source, very little hot water. Very cold shower. Easy to get sick Although asked to change another room. And both rooms have weak hot water condition. It is normal to ask the staff at the hotel. (All comments, 5 star hotel but the hot water is bad) Guests should overcome the hot water.

The hotel is ancient, French style, located at a beautiful location overlooking Xuan Huong Lake, friendly, enthusiastic staff, antique furniture, room rates are quite high.
