Great location, exceptional room and friendly staff

Quiet clean hotel with free parking and wifi. Walking distances from restaurants. Confortable bed. Mini-fridge was very noisy - had to turn it off during the night. Loved the access to free specialty coffee (latte, mocha etc.) in the lobby.

The heater unit is noisy

Check in was quick and easy and they allowed us to check in early.

Nice clean hotel good location near to airport ($24 at 4am uber) not sure if that was the best price. Close to food and shops. 40-45 mins bus into Quebec old town (2 buses $4) would stay again for proximity to airport and shops (Walmart, Marshall’s etc) but a bit far out from the city.

A very clean hotel, only a few minutes and a $20 cab ride from the airport. No restaurant in the hotel, but if all you need is a nice place to sleep at a very affordable price, this is the place for you.

Very basic accommodation. No airport shuttle. Staff did not speak good English. TV also very limited English stations. Bed clean and comfortable. Quiet environment.

The toilet in room 204 would not shut off. For me, but it is a waste of water.

Our stay would have been perfect if the front desk person working upon our arrival would have been greeting us with a smile. She barely talked to us and was rude. Maybe she had a bad day.
