Beautiful property. Very comfortable beds and nice bedding. Stuff is excellent! Delicious food in all restaurants and pool cafe. Great pool for the kids. Will come back more for sure!

We absolutely loved the hotel. It was nice and clean, friendly staff and loved dining at Ponto Lago.

Although this hotel costs $900.00 plus per night, noise is a bit of a problem. The family staying in the rooms next to mine had a dog that made a “ crying” very sad & loud noise, when left alone in daytime,last time I visited. The pepperoni pizza is not available at the small shop in the lobby anymore.. one family next to my room woke up each morning so that they could walk the entire hall on our floor screaming and yelling to each other, while they continued to walk, back and forth, from 1 end of the hotel to the other, before 8 AM . Amazing!

They were very accommodating in allowing me to check in early. The facility and the rooms are excellent. Because it is a large resort in a residential area, there is not much to see within walking distance. My only complaints were the parking charge and resort fees at $60 each were somewhat excessive.

Easy access off the 405 freeway; beautiful grounds& buildings; many spectacular views of the lagoon& coastal area from the hotel. Close to Outlet Mall and north San Diego communities. Very walkable grounds, well lit& thoughtfully landscaped.

Park Hyatt is a nice place to get away and relax. The staff is good, they know how to make someone feel welcome and the grounds are spectacular.

The property is beautiful and pet friendly. The staff is very very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the tennis courts and the driving range while we were there. The room have been remodeled and the beds are super comfy and king sized. Unfortunately the food there is terrible and expensive. We ate at both of the restaurants and room service. We did not have anything from the grab and go but that food did not look appetizing. The only yummy food that we had was the barramundi for 2 at Punto Lago. That was delicious.

There were a few things that could have been better but I think the start of the trip put a bad taste in our mouth. My husband showed up and didn’t have a DL but had a state issued document while he waited for his DL. The hotel gave him a hard time even though he showed a picture of his DL.
