Clean room , big room

Hot tub not available for window cleaning??

Though we never used the spa or exercise room, we appreciated the friendly staff services. The biggest benefit of staying here is the close proximity of the self parking lot to the hotel lobby and your room. Short qalk to 3 elevators that places right in the lobby and room elevarors.

Rooms were clean. Property well kept. Didnt ise the spa or pool.

Great comfortable room

I reserved a non smoking room, however the room reeked of smoke my entire time there. No available rooms to switch to and when the front desk recommended a machine to clean the air it took them forever to bring it and not only that I had to be out of the room for more than an hour. This machine only cleaned the air for like 2hrs and the smoke smell returned.

I should have read the room description closer, but the spa suite no longer has a jacuzzi tub. I was disappointed our room was shorted acoffe pid. We asked the front desk for more so we would have it in the morning. It never arrived. The drain in the shower was clogged. I thought it was kind of cheap of the hotel to charge $25 to check in an hour early. I'm the past, if the room was ready and you arrived a little early, it wasn't am issue. Most importantly, we hated the kiosk check in. It didn't work, and we had to get a person to help anyway. Very impersonal and apopr wsy to do business.

clean room, matress can use upgrade, otherwise a bery pleasant stay

Some staff are friendly some needs to improve their customer service when guests first arrived.

Good stay. Room was large and clean however it was next to elevator shafts that were noisy. They also charged an extra $28 for checking in 20 minutes early

Very spacious and clean room. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Love how there there’s a separation between the casino and the lobby so there is not a smell of smoke anywhere and you can avoid the casino if it’s not your thing. Love the convenience of the row with all the different stores and restaurants to enjoy. Hotel is centrally located so it’s very close to all the activities within the city.

Quick overnight stay. Asked for a quiet room away from others. End of the hall, 6th floor. People were quiet. Water through the pipes was NOT. Squealing and whining when someone sharing the line above or below flushed or showered. Bed was comfy. Appreciated the Keurig and real creamer a great deal. Had it not been for the noisy pipes, it would have been a really nice stay.

The spa could use improving as the jacuzzi is outside next to the pool separated by a fake vegetation panel and the noise of the pool makes it like you are sharing the jacuzzi with kids. Everything else was great
