The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and I loved the lobby decor! The sea view was absolutely stunning. Totally recommend staying here!

Overall one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The staff were particularly great and the buffet was outstanding.

We highly recommend this resort. The views are amazing, staff is very helpful and friendly! Everything is clean, breakfast is good, pool area and bar are great. For us (a couple working remote) it was perfect; wi-fi connection in the room was a bit poor, but faster in the bar area. We really enjoyed night games with Richi, the entertainer, who is very joyful and funny. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay at this resort and it is worth 5 starts.

Excellent place, overlooking the ocean. However, can hear the ocean hitting the cliffs which makes it quite loud at night

Complete bait & switch Hotel only has a very small number of the renovated rooms If you arrive late like us, you’ll get sent to the attic rooms on L20 that haven’t been renovated since the 90’s Loved the reception’s reaction: sorry, you can go somewhere else if you like. Very good all rounder. Food was not as good for early week and better later in the week for dinner. The doors to the balcony rattle at night, keeping people awake. The staff are great though, very likeable. Good gym but a bit far from the main hotel. Overall, really enjoyed my stay with the beautiful views, old style music and overall great atmosphere.

Fantastic hotel undergoing chic, tasteful refurbishment in a fantastic location with wonderful gardens and three swimming pools.

The vows were amazing

Buffet facilities were fine and waitstaff was good. This is the plus for this facility. Negatives - need a single spot to park for guests with a rental car to check in. Building identification with your name would also help. We had a 12th floor room with big cavities under the carpet like the floor had multiple drains or something similar. Walking on the floor with small craters and dips is not a quality product for the guests.

The hotel met our expectations and the staff were excellent.

Very nice hotel, could do with a bit of updating but the pool and garden areas were immaculate and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

It was a quiet and comfortable property. The staff were lovely - lots of Christmas activites while we were there and we we always included. We enjoyed the padel and tennis courts.

The beautiful gardens, three pools on different levels, excellent staff, varied menu at breakfast and evening meal times, reception caught not be more helpful, overall the hotel is a credit to the management.
