The room and bathroom need to be cleaned with pride, wood trim need to be sanded down and repainted. Doors need cleaning. Entry door handle just hangs down and dirty on key pad Breakfast area was nice but I asked worker that creamer was empty and she went back to replace it then came put on the counter and cleaned spiket wither finger.

A renovation is ongoing but they were as quiet as possible. Very neat environment.

This might be my last time staying at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the experience has been horrible. After driving 16 hours from Philadelphia, I waited over 30 minutes to check in. The room had water damage, with tiles that were affected. There was no room service for the three days I stayed, which was a major letdown. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

It was okay, as I wasn’t judging. Hotel is good and I’ve stayed at Comfort Inns for many, many years and numerous times.

There was no shower gel to shower with floor was dirty, and it wasnt the room i paid for
