I got food poisoning from some of the seafood at the Italian restaurant. This ruined 36 hours of my vacation. When I asked for some kind of goodwill refund, I was told they refused. So you want to serve clients bad food and take their money? No thanks. The Cabo ale Blanc was waaaaay better. I will never go back to Cancun Le Blanc again

I really enjoyed the food, the relaxing atmosphere, the drinks, and the consistent service. However, I do want to give a word of caution about the constant push to sign up for the vacation membership, which requires a down payment of around $7,000 or more. Your time that is spent listening to the presentation is exchanged with a credit to use at the hotel for the spa and tourist attractions. However whilst you're on vacation, the goal is to unwind, not to be constantly pressured into purchasing your next vacation while on vacation from the moment you check in until you check out."

Unparalleled service. Perfect for couples and girl trips. They have thought through everything, down to the littlest details and the staff goes the extra mile to make the service as luxurious as possible. You get assigned a butler who makes your reservations and takes care of the details of your stay. Small touches, like your evening room scent, signing you up for activities, ours even noticed someone got burned and preemptively put aloe gel in her refrigerator for her. Unparalleled service. The food was excellent and I have excellent, fine taste in food. The food was true to each cuisine genre.

From the moment we arrived, every interaction was marked by impeccable attention to detail, warmth, and a commitment to exceeding expectations. A standout moment during our stay was the extraordinary hospitality of Alan, the food service manager. Despite overseeing multiple restaurants, he took the time to personally ensure that both my wife and I had freshly prepared items tailored to our preferences. His dedication and personalized approach were beyond anything I have ever experienced. The wait staff throughout the resort was equally exceptional. One remarkable instance occurred at Lumière, where we mistakenly arrived an hour early for our reservation. The restaurant was full, and we left thinking we’d have to wait. However, within minutes, a supervisor managed to track us down in the vast resort—an almost impossible feat—and arranged for us to be seated promptly. That level of service speaks volumes about the commitment of the staff. The beach staff, particularly Marco and Rafael, provided outstanding service, ensuring that every moment spent by the ocean was pure bliss. Their attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and ability to anticipate our needs added an extra layer of relaxation and indulgence to our stay.

Our recent stay at Le Blanc Cancun left us with mixed emotions. Despite the resort’s beautiful aspects, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering its high price. The food, which was supposed to be fine dining, was underwhelming. The variety was limited, and the quality didn’t live up to the resort’s luxury image. A particularly uncomfortable experience occurred at the Italian restaurant, where the seating arrangements were poorly designed, making it hard to enjoy our meal. The pool area also had issues, particularly with seating. VIP guests received priority, leaving other guests frustrated, especially when there wasn’t enough seating. Our butler service was another letdown—there was no clear explanation of its scope, leaving us confused about what was provided. Additionally, the constant upselling, especially after we declined an invitation to the vacation club presentation, was uncomfortable. The staff’s attitude shifted after we refused, and we experienced delays in services, including a breakfast we had been promised. The beach was picturesque, though plagued with kelp due to high tides. While this was out of the resort’s control, it still affected the experience. The room, however, was a bright spot, clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. However, the overall service felt inconsistent, with the resort seeming more focused on making a sale than providing a great experience. In the end, Le Blanc Cancun didn’t meet our expectations. We won’t return.

LeBlanc is by far one of the best all-inclusive resorts in Cancun. The food and service are 2nd to none! If those two items are you important to you (they are for me), you need not look any further. The resort is also very clean and has a high end vibe to it. The primary drawback I have with Leblanc is the price is a little steep compared to other similar rated resorts and the sales pitch to become a member is a bit strong for my liking. I paid a significant amount for 3 ocean front rooms, which are called "Honeymoon Suites". They are technically not truly ocean front as they are at a significant angle to the ocean, so should be referred to as ocean view, not ocean front. There are 8 floors and our rooms were on the 4th floor with an angled view of the ocean. Given the nearly $7,000 per room charge for 6 nights and that I was supposed to get a free room upgrade from my Expedia status, the room assignment did not seem justified. They first tried to put on a very low level floor, however I had to push back hard and was able to get on the 4th floor.
