Great price, clean and spacious room, and incredibly accommodating and friendly hotel staff! Minutes walk from the lakefront and activities.

Nice staff! Friendly and clean here Slept ok but a running fan noise would be great. Had to go and get my own fan in my trunk to draw out noises The tv remote was frustrating I liked the hot tub and it had one nice jet Just is so light in the room as drapes do not go all the way across! But still a 4 star experience. (:

Room recent renovations were below industry standards. Towel rack hiding behind bathroom door, full mirror on far wall in an awkward place to be useful. No comforter in closet, bed sheets only. Baseboard heater making noise all night long. All trim in room was done incorrectly and looked awful. But bed was comfortable and became I spent most time at the close hospital, it was ok for what I needed it to be

There's nothing more annoying than when you get to the hotel and they nickel and dime you with all the additional fees. Parking should be included and when you ask for a pet friendly room, there shouldn't be an additional charge. It should be worked in prior to booking.

The front desk gentleman name, Sydney was the most nicest, fun and sincere person I have dealt with in a long time in a hotel. Again, thank you Sydney you made my day.
