The only thing missing was a way to reheat food. Meals were large portions so a lot of food was wasted. Other than that... PERFECT!!!!

Decency hotel would stay here again

The best experience by the beach in Rio de janeiro. We will definitely be staying here again thank you for the hospitality!

Staff was always so friendly and available for any questions, the hotel overall was amazing, the view from the pool, the room was great and spacious, great hotel, and the breakfast variety, everyday, delicious, I would love to go back, I definitely recommend it. The area around was safe and everything always clean.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room. Gym is a bit underwhelming, and the wifi was unreliable. Otherwise a great stay.

Location and view is excellent. Staff unfortunately needs training in "hospitality" - unfortunately the manager himself was the most rude person! Ladies at the reception were very nice and valued customers more than anyone else. The breakfast was great but the staff was not welcoming (thus lowering the rating despite of good food selection and quality). As such, this place has a great potential if management can pursue what is called a "positive attitude" towards their guests.

Rooms are good size and clean.The only problem is that the staff in the restaurant speak only Portuguese.

Beach view from the side , rooms may need a little tlc but otherwise very nice . Good location

People are very nice. They tried their best to serve the customers. From check-in desk to restaurant, as well as people work on the rooftop, all are excellent. Rooms are large, clean, hot water available all the time. Elevators are high speed with easy to access.

Oceanfront room with great views of Copacabana beach. This hotel is at the slow end, so lighter traffic and less crowded.

I had such an amazing stay and experience at this hotel. My only wish is that i could have stayed longer. I arrived early and staff were accommodating to help my friend and i have our bags checked so we could being exploring the city before our check in time. Check in and check out went smoothly! The pool was beautiful, the hotel/amenities were clean. It was just right for our three day stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The front desk team made everything so easy for us, even with the language barrier, which we truly appreciated. The rooftop was incredible with stunning views, and the staff overall was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We had a fantastic experience!

The staff were very helpful. I got a very nice room. The hotel was just across the street from the beach. The rooftop bar was wonderful.

Room was a good size and clean. Bathroom was large and had a very good walk in shower. Staff through the hotel were very good and helpful. Check in and check out processes were a little prolonged due to the compulsory used of QR codes and completion of online check in. Which in turn needed access to hotel WiFi. Room key cards lost access rights a few times during our 4 night stay and had to wait in queue at reception to resolve. Roof top pool and bar were very good. Fabulous views and great service

We were on the 15th floor with the most amazing view of the beach on New Year’s Eve! How can it be anything less than 5 stars!!! Seriously we had a great stay at the the WL. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We and others had roomcard issues, but it was always resolved immediately. Beautiful location too being towards the end of the beach. Can watch surfers from the room, bring binoculars!! ❤️🇧🇷

Hotel very cean, , great staff, location was good it was the quieter end. Even though i has a view of the favelas it beautiful to see lit up at night also you wake up every morning with a view of Christ the Redeemer in a distance. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel away from the chaos but not too far to walk. I enjoyed my stay. Very clean, very nice professional staff. Great location with quieter beach. I would recommend adding a guest if you wish people to visit you. They are very strict about guests and will not let them even drop bag in room. I wish I had added my guest for free on Expedia because he was blocked from visiting me and it was a R$200 daily charge when I could have added for free. He was staying locally and I just wanted to have lunch on the rooftop but not permitted. Other than that, it was perfect

Room was clean. Could use a remodeling. Staff was super courteous. I did have a problem with water draining on to the entry area floor from the ceiling air conditioning unit. I reported the issue to a manager and a director. I was given a new room. The communication from these individuals was very poor. It was later in the evening and I had to go down stairs to find out what was going on and what they were planning to do. I would not stay here again.
