The service was great! Very helpful. Great location with many bars and restaurants, easy access to the Metro.

Beautiful courtyard and lovely rooms. Super clean and modern. Lobby is in process of remodeling therefore a little congested in April2026. Breakfast is terrific.

We loved our stay. Rooms are spacious for a big city. Beds were comfy.

The WiFi was fast enough. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and consistent. It was nice seeing the same faces daily and there were plenty of them to assist any guest. My room was very clean and nice. I did not try breakfast any given day. My only complaint would be that there was no coffee in the room or in the lobby or anywhere that I could see besides having to go to restaurant area, that's the only amenity not available.

The lobby area / bar / restaurant is currently under renovation - so we didn’t get to eat there. Otherwise the hotel is great. There’s a lovely courtyard area that allows for some private quiet time away from the bustle of the streets.

Beautiful property in the heart of Paris. Neighbourhood was lovely. Hotel was pleasant and nice.

Service and hotel was very good. It was clean and staff were friendly and promptly helped with any questions and requests. Only negative would be the sofabed in the other room, it was sunken in the middle and not very comfortable.

Nice quiet area but very close to the metro. A few cafes and restaurants close by if you dont want to travel far. Room was decent for a family of four and staff were helpful. A good base for a short stay in Paris.

Very nice

3 complaints: had to wait well past 3:00 pm to check in; scheduled a wake-up call but they never called; and room was cold even with radiator turn on max. On the plus side: rooms very nice, location good. And breakfast excellent.

Comfortable bed, spacious and clean room. Bathroom is a bit dated but great location in Le Marais.
