Overall, our stay was decent. The front desk worker was really friendly and helpful, and he made us feel comfortable during our stay. The location was okay, but the surrounding area was the only downside for us. The hotel is near a Salvation Army location that provides meals and services, so there were quite a few people experiencing homelessness in the area. Everyone kept to themselves and we had no issues, but it did make us feel a little uneasy at first. Overall, it was a good stay for what we needed at the time. The friendly staff definitely made the experience better.

Extremely sketchy hotel. Checked in with my three small children only to get a hotel room with a perfect view of an encampment. Immediately went to the front desk and told her I didn’t feel safe staying at this hotel with the amount of homeless there was in the area as our weekend was full of fun filled activities. Checked in and checked out within 30 minutes after making a decision that I did not feel safe with my children. Was not refunded a single dollar even though we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Do not recommend this hotel whatsoever. If sketchy is your forte, this is for you!

The hotel was great. The location was not in the best area but when you are in the hotel, the rooms were great, the staff was nice, it was clean and the breakfast was good.

The front desk was very helpful in answering our questions. The elevator was rather dated, but they had a real nice breakfast. They area around the motel is somewhat shady with some homeless in the area. Our room was more than adequate.

Maybe not in the best location in Sudbury, but the staff are welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The morning breakfast was a buffet with lots to choose from and very delicious! Will book again.

It was a nice stay. The bedroom was spacious and very clean and well kept. The personnel was agreable and helpful. I would gladly reccommend this facility on the move. Thank you!

The rooms was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a breakfast buffet included and the food was good. There was quite a selection of food. There were restaurants nearby by car. We found a nice all you can eat sushi place 11 minutes away. The lobby was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator was worn down looking. It needs to be refreshed but it worked fine. We had just a one night stay for work purposes and I found that it was fine for us. I want to give 3.5 stars, not 3 but I couldn't. The parking lot also need some repair for potholes.

The parking lot is sketchy due to transient people in the area. The location is next to the local homeless shelter and the area is a littered as a result. The location is not easily accessible due to construction

Don’t go there night staff girl is very disrespectful and the appliance trips in middle of night and took them forever to fix issues
