We were welcomed and felt cared for. Loved the pool daily. Clean sheets clean towels. Lovely staff.

Very nice people! I loved that when I walked in my room on the TV screen it said welcome and my name! They also offer to go breakfast bags. Very hospitable! They were very accommodating with my service dogs.

Staff was great, hotel was convenient and had decent amenities. We got a room with a kitchen but there was hardly any supplies. No sponge or dish soap, no spatulas therefore being able to actually make food was tough.

We had a king suite with our 2 dogs. So comfortable.

The hotel room was a suite and it was clean and very spacious. The pillows and mattress were just ok. It’s important to note they DO NOT accept cash and they clean rooms EVERY OTHER day, NOT DAILY. The front desk staff could have been much friendlier. The property is well kept and conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the airport.

I have stayed many times in Hampton Inns. This place is a Hilton property with the Hampton Inn name affixed to attract guests. After having had this experience I will never again stay at Hampton or Hilton facilities.
