Stayed for my daughters soccer tournament, we always love tbis place, great place to stay and unwind after a long day at the park.

Nice hotel

Staff is undertrained. They didnt program the keycard correctly, twice. I asked nicely if I could eat a deli sandwich i had with me given my family would buy dinner and drinks. The manager, Daniel, came out and said "thats a hard no.". Not even "sorry we are not allowed", just in a blunt and rude way. The beds and sheets ans towels are all good but the Hilton name used to mean something and it doesnt anymore. Chains like Loews kick Hiltons behind in service and training.

Clean and friendly

The room was spacious and the parking was convenient. Check-in was also quick. There was a spider in our room and it smelled a little musty, but overall was a good stay!

We really liked our stay and would definitely stay again.

The layout and location of hotel was easy to get around

Needs a major remodel. Old windows & a dated interior. $33 a night for self park. Very loud soccer team- (parents were drunk off their butts in the lobby at 11pm Sunday night- yelling). I felt bad for the people working there, but they didn’t tell them to leave the lobby area. Nice employees, convenient location & a decent price for SD. Other than that, would not stay again.

The overall stay and conditions of the hotel were very good! One issue was the location of our room. The halls and locations for the elevator were hard to navigate and find. Would get lost even with the maps located in the halls. Besides that, a very pleasant stay and very relaxing stay!

From the moment of arrival to the moment of checkout, every staff member, every aspect of my stay was amazing. There was nothing short of amazing. You all did a great great job of loving and caring for your careers. Thank you.

Elevator wasnt working. Had to walk everywhere and up and down stairs to the 3rd floor. Other than that everything was good. Needs touch up in bathroom. ( make sure you hire the right people to do the work the right way first.) If you have 500k cars parking up there in valet. Attention to detail in the rooms are crucial.

The Hotel needs a drop-off / temporary parking area for quests being dropped off by friends/family.

My family of 3 stayed overnight for an event at the Del Mar fairgrounds. I called before we checked in and the front desk staff was friendly and answered all my questions. They were informative and helpful upon check in. The room was cozy and clean. The pool area was very nice, provided towels, had plenty of chairs, and beautiful fire lit lounge areas at night. We were able to walk to get dinner, and walk to the event, which was a huge plus. Check out was simple. We will definitely stay here again for our next event in Del Mar.

Pool closes at 9pm

Staff were super friendly and helpful!! We were there for a tattoo convention and at most hotels my wife and I get judgmental looks and treated like criminals for the way we look but not here! The staff here all had the upmost respect and treated us like they would everyone else! The room was clean but some things felt a little outdated. Beautiful pool and fireplace for relaxing!

Wonderful property

Stayed at this Hilton for a short visit to SD. The property was clean and well managed. There was lots of parking and was a decent drive from many San Diego attractions. For the price and location, I would stay here again if you don't mind driving a little.

Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. I’ve stayed here 3 years straight for a Soccer Tournament. There maybe different faces, but the Customer Service given is the best. The Valet was AWESOME as well. See you next year.

Parking was an issue with cards not working to enter and exit parking lot
