Great breakfast buffet, pool and services available. Room was always cleaned once we switched the setting by the door on and the sweets were very tasty.

Great breakfast, clean room

As beautiful as the hotel is— what really sets it apart is the professionalism of all the staff. Every person we met was welcoming, friendly and informed. The breakfast included with the room is 5 star! It is beautifully presented in a buffet format with Brazilian fruits, sweet breads, meats, breads and cheeses. You can also order an omelette and pancakes and waffles. The beds were very comfortable, air conditioning perfect and the bathroom and shower are wonderful.

Problems if you carry a Fire Stick. They will not let you connect it. Forgot a Perfume. Called them. They said it was not found. Impossible. Some staff just kept it without reporting it as found. So this all was an unpleasant experience to me which should not happen in a hotel trying to sell you excellency.

The breakfast was wonderful as were both restaurants. Our room did not face the beach but it was clean and comfortable and well designed. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The staff were very helpful and friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

We had a great time at the hotel, friendly staff, clean room and amenities. We enjoyed our visit and we definitely recommend it.

The bed was really bad and the room was very average. The shower was spacious though and the breakfast was very nice. There was also a lot of noise and the window didn’t close well so humidity was also a big issue

First apartment was very noise with construction on the top apartment, was also old, couple days later I requested to be moved to another one. They did put on a newer apartment but the bathroom was leaking water from the shower to the toilet, they also charged for the coffee inside the apartment (I never heard of that) the cleaner crew keeps using the radios to talk to each other every day all day starting at 7:00am I will wish I could get my money back I will never stay there again

Yes and the view was amazing

The first room was perfect, the ocean view was incredible. We had a issue with the wifi, which the hotel couldn’t sort out, but Luiz offered us a different room to stay. And oh my God! It was even better than the first one. I am from Recife but my partner is from the UK. We got engaged during the New Year’s fireworks in Boa Viagem, and at the check in, Daniel, the receptionist provided us with a lovely voucher to use at the fancy breakfast restaurant. Unfortunately my partner didn’t receive his meal on time, so he left without eating, but the service was amazing. We are definitely coming back, and we might stay over again for our Wedding day too!
