Staff was great, but not the hotel. I've never stayed at a hostel, but my guess is a hostel would give you a better experience. The room was hot and muggy. There was no ability to open the window to let fresh air in. They only provided a Walmart cheap version of ONE dirty fan. They also give you ONE small bar of soap, shampoo and two body towels for a shower. Nothing else. The room was plain, small and nothing really special. It seems that broken or nonfunctial things, like a broken sink, weren't a priority. I'll never again stay there. The area was awesome, though. Everything was close to the hotel.

El lugar no es particularmente bonito, arreglado, limpio, el internet es pésimo, a pesar de que según ellos tenía la caja Justo fuera de mi habitación… su punto fuerte es la ubicación… a una cuadra de reforma y del Ángel… es un poco ruidoso el sector por estar rodeado de bares… el personal, muy amable, agradable y siempre ayudan…

Made a reservation for a king bed and was given a room with 2 beds. When front desk was contacted about this error, I would told they did not have King beds available. Room has no AC. They do provide a short fan, the height of the bed. It does not really move the air in the room. You only get 2 bath towels; no hand or other type of towels. The room we were given looked dirty and had damages. There was damage to the flooring by the door (coming off or separating) and by the feet of the beds done potentially from moving beds. There appears to be water damage by the wall and the ceiling. The sink faucet was very loose, needs to be replaced, but water could still come out. The grout lines in shower, the cubbies, the fan, and chair in room had stains like they have never been cleaned; looked very dirty. The WiFi did not work. For the area I expected better accommodations. We only stayed 1 night in order to make other arrangements. I expected better accommodations due to the area. I would not recommend.

It was all good, all the staff people are friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located (near Angel de la Independencia monument), and it is very convenient to commute from there to anywhere you'd like to go (convenience stores, cafés, taco places, restaurants, bars, etc.). There is no AC, but there is a fan in the rooms. The price is good for the amenities and the service you get + if you don't want to get ripped off by big Hotel chains, this is one of the best options in the area.

Buena ubicación pero había cabello enredado entre una de las toallas. Tal vez en limpieza les hace falta mejorar. Las instalaciones muy viejitas. De lo demás todo bien.

While the room lacked air conditioning, there was a fan. There was no bath mat and the towels were really were in bad shape.

Room was not clean. They advertized that the hotel was 3 minute walk from the US Embasy, but they don't mention that it is from the OLD Embasy, NOT the new Embasy location which is actually about 25 minutes away from the Hotel... also, their restaurant is staffed with only one waiter and one cook. Most of all no air conditioner.

Never checked in place has bed bugs when i was going in the hotel to check in 2 guest came out stating they got bit by ved bugs when you read the reviews in google it shows the same had booked two rooms

Very good location! Clean and great customer service!

It's a cheat hotel, so I didn't expect luxury. I am okay with old furniture and por decoration, but I am not okay with the musty smell in the bathroom. The sheets were also stained. The hotel is at a convenient location, but I don't think I would stay again.
