Check was quick and easy. The room was disgusting. There was a screw on the headboard right where your head would be, I killed 3 cockroaches and a spider in the room. On the floor there was old food, garbage, and dead bugs behind the nightstand. The blankets had numerous burn holes on them. The sheets appeared clean. Slept with only a sheet on. The door had been damaged a few times and lock geld on by a small screw. Used the chair and my luggage to barricade the door closed. The towels had stains on them from makeup or blood? This was a pretty rough place.

One of the WORST “hotels” i have ever stayed in. I ended up going camping instead because that seemed cleaner than this dump. Waste of money.

This place need a lot of work, extremely dirty and need renovation all over. Not sure how they still open. Staff super friendly and helpful not their fault.

I arrived and wish demanded a different room. No lights worked, unclean room. Compared to other motels in area this one has not stood to other motels value and cleanliness. Was kept awake by parking lot load talk and security poor. Customer service just good for letting you check-in and let me know where the spoons would be for creamer for coffee. Can eat nearby .

Staff was rude did not allow me to check into the room that I reserved due to some rule about out of town guests

Just nasty!!! Don’t spend your money. I left the property immediately after seeing my room and still haven’t received my refund. They should be ashamed.

This property was awful. The rooms had roaches and bedbugs. The bed linen had holes and burns. The manager was upset that I requested a different room. This property needs to be redone and the management needs to be replaced. Just awful.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the property was lousy. No wall mounted lights. The only light was 2 lamps. The shower didn't have a wall mount, I had to hold it.

I did not stay. I checked in, walked into the room and walked right back out to tell the front desk I was leaving. The room was digisting. Not clean. Smelled like cat pee and marijuana. I demanded a refund which I was told I would receive in 5 business days. Do not be tricked by the pictures of this property!! Totally false advertisement. The whole place is disgustingly dirty from the lobby to the rooms.

The room are not clean, bed sheets with holes, broken funiture and the staffs are not friendly.

No toilet paper holder. No vents room wasn’t in best shape

Three attempts at three different rooms. Floors were not clean. Drink glass rings on furniture ( i was able to remove by wiping). Fecal matter on bathroom wall n door frame. Long hairs on bed linen. The odor of Marijuana. Floors were not swept. Slept in own clothing due to time of evening then checked out the next morning.

I had low expectations when i booked it because it was cheap, but i feel like no matter the price there is a minimal bar that all hotels should be required to meet. Clean and good housekeeping should be standard. I expected to smell smoke at some point since the facility had smoking rooms, but the cigarette and Marijuana smeel throughout the place, including my non-smoking room was almost overwhelming. The window in my room wouldn't close all the way so i was stuck with being able to hear the main interstate and all of the loud parking lot activities plain as day. I got woke up 2 of the 3 nights be people fighting in the parking lot. I am a very large man who always carries protection, so its rare that i feel unsafe, but be aware that this facility isn't in the greatest of neighborhoods and is full of shady characters and my door didn't latch behind me. I had to push it shut to make sure it latched. Overall the stay just wasn't very good, housekeeping was dismal at best, maintenance was nonexistent, and i can certainly see where people would feel rather unsafe staying here. I travel to Columbus for work quite often and don't plan on wver returning here again. You can find a much better stay elsewhere for very similar pricing
