Clean room and great location. If able you can literally walk every where. Friendly staff except one guy on the night shif.

Amazing stay and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. During our Europe trip (3 weeks long) this was the only hotel that gave us a free upgrade to an amazing room without even asking for it. Clean, spacious and everything is nearby, most of it is walkable. I would stay here again and again.

The hotel itself is cozy, but the cleaning service, despite me putting a sign on the door asking them to service the room, didn't come by to clean it. I had to call the front desk to send me more towels because they didn't change them either. The insulation in the rooms is poor, so you can hear the cleaners talking in the hallways early in the morning.

The arrival to this property was a big disappointment. It is surrounded by dusty roadworks and the reception area seemed jammed with people queuing. To their credit, some staff were doing their best to keep it moving. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The location was great as was the staff and over all property. Elevators were small and old as much of Europe is and I couldn’t find stairs to my floor

Great property. Helpful staff. Free mini bar with 3 fruit juice drinks and 4 bottles of water daily. Located close to everything nice. Pros: Location, gym, mini bar, 20mbs decent wifi, air conditioning, blackout curtains, great mattress for sleeping Cons: Bathrooms do not have a ventilation system so if you don't keep the door closed after a shower, your entire room feels like the Amazon rain forest. They need to install vents to handle the humidity

Very clean and comfortable rooms. We had a room with a balcony on the 6th floor. The view of the city and the sagrada familia church was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I recommend the breakfast.
