The hotel was in a great location for exploring the city. There was a noise issue in our first room on the 22nd floor (top floor) due to noisy air conditioners on the roof of the building. The front desk was aware of the noise issue & said there were no other rooms available at the time of check in. We were moved to a lower floor the next day & the rooms was perfect. The woman at the front desk was wonderful to deal with & she handled the situation very well. We would not hesitate to stay in this hotel on future visits to the area.

Good location. Nice having a pool and a garden terrace. Elevators are slow. Air conditioning was not great. Staff was great getting fans. Nice having a kitchen and lounge area.

Suite was spacious and clean and location was ideal.

Worst hotel stay in my life. Would not recommend. Located right next to a homeless shelter. Not safe.

Great location. The bed was comfortable. It was reasonably clean, the baseboards were very dusty and cobwebs around the mirror in the bathroom. They have very very limited parking & the spaces are made for small cars. Good luck if you have a SUV. I had to park in the public parking next door & I checked in at 3pm. No spots left! It was nice to have a full kitchen & washer and dryer.

Super belle hôtel, très bien situé et approximiter de tout, parlement, centre d'achat, épicerie, restaurant. Je le recommande.

La chambre était propre, service parfait. Nous avions une cuisine, toute était fournie. Apportez vous des petits éponge a récurer pour faire la vaisselle. Il y a un lave-vaisselle mais si tu veux juste laver quelque trucs,c'est pas fournie. Pour le divan lit, pas très confortable

Les Suites location was excellent. All major tourist attractions were within walking distance.

Very nice location for the marathon but was a bit noise outsider, two bar with music up to 2:00AM…

Super hotel, la suite était magnifique et propre.. beaucoup d'espace pour la famille et l'emplacement de lhotel etait parfait.

We checked in at 5pm, the dishwasher was still running. There was no toilet paper available in the room. The fridge was dirty inside, as well as the shampoo and shower gel holders. The shower gel was almost empty. The floors were not mopped. The window in a room did not have proper shades, all the lights from outside were coming through. The door in a bathroom wouldn’t close properly. The shower head was not standing, it was flipping down.

Overall the hotel room was nice and well renovated . But the floors were very dirty. Spend most of my time waiting for the elevator. Waited 30 mins to get up to my room when arriving. Had to pay for parking outside of the hotel because they no longer had any space.

This property is perfect for families. There is a small pool, they have a dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, pots pans plates and utensils, a coffee maker and a kettle. It’s close to shops, and attractions. I couldn’t have asked for much more. It made for a perfect and well priced trip to Ottawa for a family of 5.

L’arrivée était horrible, longue file d’attente, chambre n’est pas prête a 16:00, la commis nous dit quelle va appeler lorsque prête mais nous n’avons reçu aucun appel de sa part, Dois refaire une autre fois la longue file a 18:00 après avoir attendu près de 2 heures. Chambre tres bien par contre et tres propre. Hotel tres bien situé malgré la presence d’itinérants dans le quartier et dans le centre-ville en general
