Very convenient when traveling with a pet

Loud water noise from others using their showers etc. Heating and air is always a problem when there is no wall thermostat.

Very clean, although highly chlorinated. If you are sensitive to strong detergents, then this is not a place for you. Not sure if they would accommodate your needs on this regard.

Noiszy if you get a room under niegh other rooms, beds are ok but pillows are not like home.

Great stay for families. The room was clean, no unusual smells or unclean spaces. The staff was extremely helpful as they had rooms for coffee/tea machines and laundry that were open to all guests. Breakfast is free and tasty. The only con that we had was the because we couldn’t figure out how to turn it down. Overall, a great hotel to stay at for a good price too!

Coffee machine is a bit dirty, good that their lobby offers hot drink all the time.

I prepaid and changed cards. The clerk must’ve been new as he wanted me to pay for the room again tried to show him that it was already paid for his coworker even had to tell him several times it was already paid for just to take the deposit.

Staff was super kind and friendly But rooms were too old, too much dirt, issue with the bathroom drain, heater was noisy. Just staff was really professional

Room was very clean pillows and mattress a bit hard for my liking but over all a good experience. would stay there again.

Clean room, hot breakfast

Good room for the price especially considering breakfast included.

We ended up having to check out three rooms before we took the third room. Room was good, and quiet until person in the room above us came home, stomped as they walked. Free breakfast was very good, staff are great in the eating area!! I want to mention Fowroz ,who worked at front desk, he went the extra effort for us.

Staff does not care about customers. I have sent a massage a day before my trip. They did not even respond.

Room was clean. Average hotel.
