I have stayed at this property several times and have had minimal complaints. This time the room was not up to the regular standards. There was jams or whatever not cleaned up from the previous guests leaked under the glass tops, the stove top burners were very rusty and the painting on the walls looked dingy. We had to ask for the tv to be fixed twice before it was done. Upon leaving I told the clerk all this, their response was to email their customer service with my complaints. This property is my go to place in Montréal and I have recommended it to several people. It was disappointing.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and every time it's consistently been a wonderful experience. Very comfortable beds, the added bonus of sound proof rooms makes sleeping soundly and restfully a guarantee every time. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Clean room , although 1 pillowcase still had a stain on it after it had been laundered. Reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant staff not so great and wouldn’t recommend dining there. Food was mediocre to say the least.

Convenient location, friendly staff

Hotel is extremely outdated for a 4 star hotel and the price you are paying. Elevator takes forever. Rude late night woman concierge.

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Our room was exceptional. The staff was excellent. very helpful with information and the area was incredibly walkable

Great downtown hotel. It is a boutique type hotel for Canadians and Americans it may be a bit of a culture shock, but wonderful staff, clean, convenient, you can walk to everything you want in downtown Montreal.

My blanket was stained. The pool didn't have towels. The pool chairs were cheap.

Everything about the hotel is great except the elevators are so slow that you spend a lot of your time waiting for them, perhaps an hour out of your day just to leave and come back to the hotel.

Perfect location with friendly staff

Liked having the kitchenette. The room was spacious, good view of the city from the rooftop pool. Laundry facility (do your own) The bathroom didn’t have enough room for setting down toiletries. The lighting was dull as well though they had a makeup mirror.

Favourite place to stay in Montreal! Rooms have a kitchenette and there is a lovely rooftop terrace with pool. Near Musée des Beaux-Arts, Metro and St Catherine's street! Staff are very professional.
