The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and quiet and the grounds were nicely maintained. A nice place to stay.

The noise level was extremely loud. There were parties that lasted into the late hours. Even when we called to complained it continued for two back to back nights! We were not happy!

Staff went out of their way to help find my lost IPad. Then, after I left, they called to say they found it! They also made sending back to me amazingly easy. The room was large and very comfortable. I enjoyed the modern 2 cup coffeemaker with the supplied brand name coffee.

I had paid for my room and when I got there they said it wasn't available. they up graded us to a suite. I appreciated it but we chose to stay an extra night. they were going to move us out of the room for a double bed room. after all was said and done we stayed in the same room but had to pay more. I would stay there again. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. they only problem was there was only one tv remote so we had to share. thank you

property is very nice and rooms . The only thing would be i wished the rooms conncected with bar and check in . You have to go outside to get to your room

Upon arrival I was greeted with a Perón sleeping right by the entrance of the hotel. This is not what I was expecting. I don’t have anything against it but I’m paying for a room in a place where I need to feel safe. Staff should make rounds and observed what is going ok. Outside the premises.

On my last 2 stays the ice machines aren’t ever working we have to go floor to floor until one finally works.

Booked a King and got a Double. Beds were not even queen beds, so that was a bit of an issue when you're used to sleeping in a King and you get to share a double with your wife. Called the front office, they said they were "sold out." I booked rooms 6 weeks before arrival and somehow they didn't have any for me when I showed up after a late arrival. I stayed 4 nights and never got to move to a King. They didn't seem to care much. Property is kind of old. You have to walk outside to get to your room from the front desk, which was a pain. Not much parking down by the end of the Hotel. It worked for our brief stay, but I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience with the wrong room. The bathroom faucet leaked bad, so we had to bring that up. They fixed it the next morning. No wash rags were available that first morning. Didn't notice until I was in the shower, so took a shower without a wash rag, which I don't like doing. It was a bigger issue because I wasn't even in the room I booked, so I complained. Originally the front desk offered free breakfast for the length of our stay, but by the end of the conversation it went to just that morning. Breakfast wasn't exactly wonderful either. Fruit was great...everything else was lacking. The area was nice and I did feel safe, so that was a plus. We did get a whif of Weed one night. Not sure who was smoking it, but I don't smoke period and I don't like the smell of it.
