Easy to locate; good parking; room was a little musty (outdoors was hot and humid); nice shower, bed was comfortable (not too soft)

There was a slight unidentified smell when we first entered room, but we stopped noticing it after awhile. The bed was very comfortable. The tv worked, but there was no directions for use. The breakfast was good, but a very small eating area. No elevator to get to second floor. It was a good experience for a reasonable price.

I didn't get to stay.. I had to sleep outside cuz your website took my reservation and the hotel was booked. They tried to refund me with cash key but I couldn't use it cuz it was after midnight. And my money wouldn't be back on my card for 3 to 7 days. I didn't have enough to pay for another room. And the agent said well I'm sorry. He's sorry that I gotta sleep outside in 13 degrees weather. Worst customer service ever.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

This is our 4th stay at this particular Quality Inn. It is our go to when we come to Beloit. Main suggestion is to move coffee makers our of bathrooms and place on top of microwave. Think about it!!!

Decent spot with alot of restaurants surrounding. Easy access to our events.

Didnt like the fact upon arrival charged 1.50 xtra for a service fee from expedian and the hotel
