The reception staff were excellent. But this is the second time I have been here and the staff in the restaurant have been quite rude

Definitely in need of refurbishment, not the standard I expect of Novotel. Not clean, several spiders and cobwebs. Will definitely avoid in future

We have stopped here many times now but this time it felt a bit old and untidy in the room. Main area is great but they had work underway so there was no restaurant available and bar meals were very basic! Pizza or pizza ☹️

Entrance, parking good; possible to charge the car. Well received by the reception. Staff restaurant not very communicative. Room old and smelly. Like something was burned, it was probably the hairdryer. Bed good. Breakfast good. Overall OK.

Great overnight stop. Easy check in / check out.

Strong odour and mould smell all over the room not able to even breath! My son had a headache and very disappointed with the hotel!!!!. Not a clean bathroom. Very bad bed and sofa bed. We paid for executive room which receive dirty, inconvenient very small and smelly room. We left hotel immediately to find a more habitable place!!!

Convenient location. For my travel. I have stayed several times before. On this occasion the staff in the dining area seemed disinterested and not very friendly.

Great hotel to stay during travel to Switzerland. Unfortunately this time round, the heating on the room was set far too hot and we're struggling going to sleep. Also the hotel's EV destination chargers were broken, so couldn't charge the car overnight.

Very neat room. Nothing special,but for the money fine. Easy and fast check in.

Nice enough hotel and good price but wouldn’t say it’s 4-star. Bit tired and dated - 3* hotel at best.

Took about 15 minutes to walk through all corridors up and down steps with small child to get from reception to room. No coffee or milk in room to make drinks or fridge to keep our own drinks cool. Reception area is very nice and trendy but as soon as you leave that area the rest of the hotel is outdated and feels dirty. We have now stayed at two different Novotels in France during our stay and would not stay at either again.

Just checked in late in the night and left early the next day, overall pleasant, but the breakfast could be upgraded, because prize wise is was to expensive

People were very nice. Only downside is the condition of the hotel (looking “tired”) with the exception of the reception area and the bar/restaurant, which are quite nice.
