Beds improperly made no fresh towels after the first day smallest waste basket I've ever seen in a motel smelled like pot in the hallways

Room was bad. No toilet paper, not even a place to put it. One light in whole place. Dirty, gross outdated. Front desk guy acted bothered we were there to check in. Front desk lady in the morning was rude when we inquired about breakfast, becuase there was a sign stating there was breakfast, but she was rude saying they didnt offer it. Would never stay here, so avoid it.

Clean room. Staff was very courteous

First room was horrible. They moved us to new room in different building. It was ok but don't think I go back until they are done fixing it up.

I stayed in the remodeled or updated area so everything was good. I would never eat their breakfast, it is just sugar but that wasn’t important to me. I would stay again if able to get same room!

Toilet never flushed sinks backed up

The bed sheets had stains all over it, i started etching and felt my noise was burning, i booked for 2 nights but left on the same day

the room was dirty the staff did not want to clean the room i has to clean the room myself

When we got in the room non of the lights was working the room was really cold we put the heat on on the highest # and it was still cold i went to get a towel to use it and it was really really dirty and had black spots on it i will never go to that hotel ever again the hot tub was not like the picture at all and was broken i will never go there again.

Rooms were dirty, had to change room 4 times wouldn’t give refund so I just left. Used adult diaper was in one room, other room had no fridge and lights were broken, one room was missing the shower head, another the wall unit was broken and sounded like a generator so they showed the last room and didn’t notice till later on the heat was broken and they wouldn’t change the room any more and they wouldn’t refund

The receptionist started off with poor service and an attitude, put me in a room I didn't book that hadn't been cleaned, then once placed in the correct booking that room also wasn't cleaned and the receptionist wouldn't correct the mistake nor gave a refund. Never again.

Staff was rude except housekeeper

Was bad

There was only one towel, no wash cloth. The door was bent in like it was bashed in ten times. And the door would open like two inches without a key. The floors were dirty, towel racks broken off wall, sheets dirty, walls and furniture scraped up and broken. Five outlets didn't work. Overall scary to stay at and a terrible experience

Nasty hotel and even nastier people working here

Towels are dirty. Smelled nicotine inside the room. Dirty linens. Dirty mattresses.
