Top sheets were dirty! Hotels needs to invest in paint and updates. The slide was open for maybe 2 hours. It is across the street from the beach so has beautiful views. Hotels provides beach chairs and towels. Hotel staff friendly. Overall it was a good time and enjoyable.

Overall the trip was pretty good. The hotel and staff were courteous and helpful. And the location was great. The only unfortunate part of the stay was the requirement to purchase a $40/day amenity value card. This was an unexpected expense to add on what we already had paid for the room. And the value of the card was not worth it, mainly just giving access to wifi and a couple of coupons.

Amazing customer service and everyone is friendly. Walking distance from the beach. We felt like Cancun without the all inclusive amenities. They need a better job with parking, 55.00/night and it’s only valet. During busy days and or weddings at the hotel expect a 45-1hr for them to get your vehicle. 55/night it’s too much for people who are staying there.

The resort was full of amenities and the breakfast was 10 stars i loved it. Super clean amd well organized. THE ONLY THIING THEY DO NEED IS A BIGGER GYM AMD BETTER EQUIPMENT.

I loved my stay here!!! The only things I wasn’t as crazy about is that the size is really large to get from one side to the other (say if you want a coffee) and it’s not terribly soundproofed; I could hear a lot of shouting in the halls and the people making noise in the room above me. Still an absolutely wonderful stay, but worth keeping in mind depending on the purposes of your visit!

This place is an absolute gem.

Spring break vacation, saw car show helicopters flew kites at the beach. Had a wonderful weekend.

This property was beautiful and had so many things to do: restaurants, a coffee shop, endless lounge areas, 2 pools, 2 hottubs, waterslides, an area for outdoor games like ping pong, cornhole and chess, a spa and beach chairs and beach toys were provided so you could enjoy the beach across the street. The room and bathroom were of a substantial size, well maintained and very clean. All the staff were amazing and the service was top notch. You also were close walking distance to shops and many restaurants. Our regular room had a patio with a beach view. I would come back and stay here in a heartbeat. It felt like a luxury hotel.
