Great location within 15 min walking distance to old town to enjoy pintxos and bars. Helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet from classic eggs and bacon to local Jamon and pastries. Good access to the airport and local highways.

First and foremost the staff are this hotels best asset. Arriving after a very early flight we did not expect to be allocated a room especially with our experience’s at home in the U.K. However, much to our surprise , we were found a room and checked in. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant staff were excellent. My only criticism would be that on occasions the room had still not been cleaned late in the afternoon.

Excellent reception and lounge area . Lovely pool and solarium area. Close to Metro to downtown . Good breakfast. Rooms had great modern bathrooms but were a little bijou for two adults and one child . Lack of storage space was an issue too .

The staff were very friendly and helpful arranging taxis and suggestions for the trip to Bilbao. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh We enjoyed swimming in the clean pool with a lifeguard and outside showers and toilets available.Room was clean and serviced daily

Reception staff really helpful for everything. Very nice hotel with good spacious rooms. Location is good, especially for an easy airport transfer, however for tourist things given the up / down of Bilbao levels, its very hilly, its best to use the metro, which is 2 min walk from the hotel. Lovely city, very friendly and has easy access to beaches via metro line. Recommend Sopela beach for Atlantic.

Hotel was fine except the food and beverage service was very limited.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, very comfortable and plenty of space to relax. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the old town centre. An uphill trek back but if you are not fully abled , a taxi is only 5 or 6 Euros.

Although we had to pay for the spa /gym it was a fantastic hydro pool /swimming area Unfortunately the hot breakfast was always cold or like warm all three days Staff were wonderful throughout the hotel

If you go to Bilbao, this is the Hotel to stay. Is Not extremely expensive, but is spectacular in any other ways. Staff is super, everything is very clean all the time and the restaurant is top notch. We came in a group of 5 and had a great time here. Very close to the Old Town center (about 20 minutes walking) Overall, great place to stay.

Check in was easy & very friendly staff, Bar staff we very friendly, rooms were clean but a little small & not enough hangers & no cupboard / draw space. Reception lounge area was fabulous & great 2 sit & relax & have a drink. Bit out of it but Metro just around the corner & only 1 stop to old town, get a metro card as it is so cheap & easy to use.

The staff was wonderful… give them a good raise. The proximity of the cathedral, Nuestra Señora de Begoña, was an added attraction since it was originally named the Cathedral of Santiago (St. James) and the old “Camino” in the 1500’s.
