What an absolute scam of a stay. And I say that knowing how bad Niagara Falls can be. Somehow my room charges were inflated above my nightly Expedia booking rate, they tax their room charge and resort fees (supposedly to pay for their dreadful facilities, most of which are under renovation and unavailable to me during my stay). The beds were fine, the only decent thing about our stay. I knew they charged for parking, which is twice what it should be ($20/night) given the location. The combination of fees and charges took our two night cost from $260 up to $425 after the laundry list of fees and taxes. The place is tired. We won't be back....and Expedia refused to do anything about our dispute with the property. Don't book here without knowing what to expect.

The Wifi was too weak and was unable to use properly

Good they're very good

Everything was good beside the swimming pool and the area around it ,pool water was not clean at 9 am in the morning when it opens for guests.

We had a great time at Ramada in. The room was clean and comfortable, however the air conditioner was a little noisy to sleep with. The water temperature is on cold side in the Swimming pool. Location is great, very convenient with a good variety of restaurants and shops in close proximity.

The extra fees charged at the property are atrocious. The restaurants are overpriced. The staff is great. The rooms are spacious but despite being “renovated” show a lot of wear and tear particularly in the bathrooms.

Very nice stay great staff and lovely suite

We stayed 1 night, the French doors in the room had all broken glass, the carpet was extremely soaked outside the bathroom, the wifi kept cutting out, the rooms were EXTREMELY outdated. Resort fees for a hotel that is not a resort nor has the amenities. Gym had no equipment besides 2 bikes and a glider. Only positive was the staff. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely won’t be back.

There charged me extra 49 dollars for parking and other things I don’t understand stand why that was not included in the first payment

The room setup. Good for families .

The hotel is nice and the amenities are adequate. We were just very disappointed when our 3 year old found some unpleasant stuff left behind by the previous patrons, by the side table. We brought it to the managements attention but didn’t get a satisfactory response.
