I would’ve liked to have had a receipt the next morning put under a door of our room would have been nice

We had an amazing stay! Before we even checked in, the hotel reached out to ask if we were celebrating anything special. I mentioned that we were celebrating our one-year wedding anniversary and also had a question. Their responses were incredibly prompt and helpful, and they even let us know our room was ready early for check-in. When we arrived, the staff were so warm and welcoming. We were surprised with a thoughtful handwritten note and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting in our room, which made our anniversary feel even more special. The room was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout our stay did not go unnoticed. The exceptional customer service truly set this hotel apart. Thank you for making our anniversary weekend so memorable—we’ll definitely be back!

There was a lot to pick from for breakfast. I was happy to see not just coffee options but juice as well. The roon was nice. Staff was kind.

The staff helped accommodate an unexpected issue and made us feel welcome from the beginning. It is also situated for lots of entertainment near the property. We loved trying the different establishments near the hotel. We would definitely recommend it and would book again at that hotel.

Did not honour my 20% off food and beverage through Expedia ( ran out of coupons ) . Beware , the underground parking garage for hotel does not have an intercom to speak with front desk or security . My key would not open door to elevators for hotel and I was put in an unsafe situation with a person lurking outside the doors . I had no cell reception underground . Eventually I had to go back to my car and drive back up to front of hotel to get my key re programmed . . I could not even walk out of the underground parking . It left me very unsettled since I was alone under ground beside the strange person .

The property was lovely, well maintained, exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful but would have liked a hot choice.
