Staff were very helpful at check-in. Room was great and spacious. Very comfortable bed, bathroom had all the amenities.

The upgraded room was lovely and all of the staff very nice. Only criticism....the pool was full of children and even the swimming lane was being occupied by a single child lesson. Also , there was no water available anywhere for a drink....a must really where you have steam and sauna facilities

The room was ckean tidy and had what you need. The only thing was the threashild between the bath room and the room you could feel the carpet gripper with your feet if you trod on the area

Almost everything was perfect. Clean room, friendly man at reception, good spa with warm pool, that we really enjoyed during cold weather.

Staff very helpful and courteous. Property very clean.Good facilities and everything in rooms needed for stay.eg hairdryer iron and ironing board tea and coffee making facilities. Good variety of foods available and plentiful for buffet breakfast.Enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again in the future .

Dog mess everywhere outside on grasses areas. Not ideal for responsive dog owner with young children. Daughter’s new trainers ruined as soon as we arrived. Fridge not working in our room.

The staff were excellent. Unintrusive but always there when needed. Polite, bright and attentive. Can’t believe how hard everyone worked over the festive break just so guests could relax. I do hope they’re duly rewarded. Please thank them all for us. We will return next year purely because of your staff.

The duty receptionist was very ignorant, scruffy and wasnt sure what he was doing. All the staff seemed to panicing because a coach of Japanese tourists were checking in, forgetting the people who were waiting. Food was terrible, overprice and not worth the value. Room was nice but the heating kept going off and it was a cold night. Doors banging throughout the night with people talking loudly in the public areas. My worst, by far, stay at this Holiday Inn.

Only an overnight stay but a very pleasant one. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Large car park with disabled parking close to Reception. Spacious restaurant with good food Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food.

Amazing hotel! New, clean, amazing spa, swim and gym. Lovely breakfast with lots of verity on offer . All staff were friendly.
