Check in was very quick and easy. Carmen was very sweet and knowledgeable

The 2nd floor on our stay were very loud like having parties loud making it hard for me and my son to sleep.

These reviews are false. This hotel is terrible! As soon as we pulled up there was throw up at the front doors. okay maybe someone got sick , no problem! As soon as you walk through the doors the hallway and doors are disgusting! There are stains on the wall and trash on the floors. Like why are surgical gloves in the middle of the hallways on 1st and 3rd floor along with big balls of blond hair. We could not tell if it was dog hair or human hair. The sound of big dogs on the first floor and The third floor. Each room door looks like it’s been kicked in. The only things this place has going for itself is a nice lobby, good water pressure, no carpet in the room. We got in late trying to find another room during a busy weekend was crazy so we went to Walmart to buy towels wash cloths, Clorox wipes, mop, wipes, Lysol spray, cleaning spray, gloves & etc. and no this was not just one room. We went to tell the front desk person and she told us they don’t check behind the housekeepers. She said let me show yall another room. We were thinking maybe the prior room wasn’t cleaned properly.We went right to another room to check it and you could tell the sheets were not changed. There were big red spots all on the fitted sheet! Don’t stay here. We asked for a refund. She told they would give us a refund we would have to contact the third party.

I have stayed here before, and i appreciated the recent renovations.

Pool area needs some cleaning. But hotel was very clean!

There is more didnot like than like. No instructions on how to turn on the tv. The room looks updated but not the electrical. The light switch at the entrance has to be turned on to operate the tv. No toilet paper, no hot water at the sink. Only one hanger in the closet, couldn't hang up clothes, no hook to hang anything in the bathroom. Their is a panel in the flooring between the beds that is coming loose. Might pose a tripping hazard. Our night check in host was very kind and we appreciated her answering any questions that we had. We were going to check out later than 11am but was not told at check in that it would cost us an additional $55. After observing the choices for breakfast we decided to check out by 11am and locate somewhere to eat breakfast.

For the price this property was not worth the stay. Rooms need to be repainted and updated. The bathroom door did not lock, refrigerator was dirty,

AC / Heater unit was leaking water. Lots of peeled paint in bathroom. Shower was not clean. I didn’t complain about any of these things to staff and at the end of my stay asked if they could call a cab for me and they refused. Stay somewhere else.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! I even booked 2 more additional nights after checking in. This hotel rooms are updated and no carpet. I have allergies so I hate hotels that allow pets and have carpet

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! I even booked 2 additional nights because the room are updated and no carpet because we all know how pets & carpet can flare up allergies. Only downside is the pool is out of service.
