Basic but fantastic, I’d stay again anytime. Super clean with great friendly staff.

Yes all good

The good: excellent friendly staff, clean room, nice location. The bad: They give you a voucher for the adjacent restaurant for breakfast and it’s not good. We all felt better on the days we didn’t get the breakfast. Gross, low quality breakfast food. Toast, eggs, bacon…it was all so bad. The shower pressure is really weak and the shower head itself was not good. The toilet hardly flushed and our sink didn’t drain well. We would likely not stay here again.

We had an extremely disappointing staying at this Accent Inns Kelowna. The extreme noise from neighboring rooms at 3 AM was unacceptable and made for a very uncomfortable night. The bathroom was also extremely small and outdated, which detracted from the overall quality of the room. We didn't even bother with having breakfast as there was literally nothing on the list. I highly do NOT recommend this hotel.

Was upgraded to a queen suite. It was big and clean on the quiet side of the building. Would recommend coffee be provided in the kitchen area. Other than that it was perfect.

Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. The hotel hands out breakfast vouchers for the stay. The choice was very limited but can use for ungraded breakfast only with a $10 credit

Breakfast coupon was nice. Having the option to put it towards a different breakfast waa nice especially for a 17 yearold who can eat larger portions. Free parking with lighting and cameras was nice. Coveiant location for what we needed

When we opened the fridge there was someones left overs inside. Fridge was not checked. Low toilets. No grab handles in shower.difficult fo seniors.

Room was nice!

I liked the lay out of the room. Comfortable couch. Instructions for TV were incomplete, causing us to have to inquire at the office. We received a text saying that if we needed anything, could text back. I did text about the TV, and the response was some kind of weird ducky thing. had to call instead.

The staff at check in were absolutely phenomenal. The only improvement overall would be to ditch the Ricky’s restaurant for something better.
