An amazing hotel recently refurbished. A very special word for Katia at breakfast who is very kind, welcoming and attentive. She goes the extra mile to ensure your stay goes well. A very special commendation. The breakfast is very tasty overlooking Albi and the river and Cathedral. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Rooms were small and fairly basic but clean. Had a mini fridge, always appreciated. Hotel very quiet. Beautiful view of the river and the cathedral. Wifi was strong for us. Gates parking lot available however we were charged 10 euro/day (someone else said it was free parking?). One afternoon we had beautiful weather - they did allow us to sit outside on the restaurant terrace sipping our own beverage, which was much appreciated! (It was between 5-6, when the restaurant was not really yet opened). Note - if you want to source your own snack, breakfast, sandwich, etc, there is a great boulangerie just a 1 min walk from hotel parking lot (away from the bridge). It is open 6 am-8 pm, 7 days/week.

We stayed here for the first night of our wedding anniversary 'road trip' through France & Spain. The hôtel is easy to find with ample free parking and well located within easy reach of local attractions. We had booked a Privilege Room with a wonderful view of the river and the town. The room was reasonably large, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Because we had travelled a few hours from our home in France, we decided to eat in the hôtel restaurant, whilst it is not haute cuisine, it was more than acceptable for our needs.

As a Diamond member I must say thank you. I have been coming here for over 10 years and always enjoy my relaxing stop at Albi on my journey through France. A beautiful renovated room thank you as always. Well done with your mattress choice they are very comfortable. They really have done wonders with the new bedrooms. I look forward to the spa and gym in the future, perhaps a hot tub jacuzzi as well in the basement area overlooking the river. Now that would be a dream. Kevin was absolutely outstanding in the bar. He has excellent guest rapport made such a wonderful Cocktail. Kevin is a real gem here. His bar skill talents are beyond belief. It is always a pleasure coming here. I had a lovely walk around Albi before my Banana Cocktail. Your Reception team are so kind and welcoming. A fantastic breakfast as always. A friendly chat with your team who are very caring. Speaking with other guests everyone is happy here which you really notice. Albi is beautiful. Being from London I always appreciate the free parking here very much. Highly recommend. A credit to the GM - he must be very proud of what he has accomplished and his magnificent team. 5 stars. Jon. O. Diamond.

A bit austere when you enter but this was the first corporate hotel we have used in Europe. Revamped former mill, red brick like the rest of Albi. View of the Tarn is fabulous—ask for a room on the river side! Nice helpful staff, great parking (don’t miss the U-turn into the lot!), a short and superb walk across either bridge into the historic center.
