Despite being on the 12th floor, it was way too noisy. Not a good entrance to the hotel and didn’t seem safe loading and unloading the car.

Love the cleanliness, professional staff and overall customer service and clean quiet room. Definitely coming back soon for more. I would just tell customers to look for valets if they don’t see them immediately. They busy parking cars or inside their mini office

The booking was specifically for a room with Jetted tub and the hotel doesn’t have any although they advertise that it would. The area wasn’t clean and the homeless need an alternate place to go.

We were give a room that had not been cleaned. When we got to our second room the sheets had not been changed and the floor had not been vacuumed.

Building itself is nice, they don’t tell you they charge $55 to valet park you, also it doesn’t feel safe around the building after the sun goes down. Lots of riff raff walking around. Be careful outside when the sun goes down! One tv remote for two TVs, also the bathroom was poorly lit and you basically had to shower in the dark. Otherwise pretty building and friendly staff

My stay was rather pleasant for my first hotel in a handful of years. One thing I can say were the people at the front desk were extremely helpful and I definitely recommend it when it comes to friendly staff. Only down side is the bathroom situation when it comes to the hotel. Since it's a rather old hotel, trying to flush the toilet felt like I might actually break it which is extremely unfortunate. Another thing that was bothersome was the key cards. For some reason, although I only stayed for a week, my key card wasn't working. In total when leaving I had to use 6 different cards for my trip. Besides that it's a wonderful hotel and very close to the marta train station.

I love the proximity to the masquerade venue! It’s literally a couple minute walk and the underground is right outside. Unfortunately, during my stay they were filming on the same street so nothing was open to the public during the day. Otherwise it’s a convenient location to stay at a reasonable price. Valet parking is a bit pricey compared to the parking garages in the area. Overall the hotel room itself was very clean and comfortable.

We walked into the room with toilet paper on the toilet, but empty roll in the holder.. Empty box of tissues in the holder but on top of it and unopen box. The soap dish was not clean. First impressions matter. Other things are not on the property, but matter either way. The cargo train runs through downtown, right next to the hotel in the middle of the night, making considerable noise. Saturday night there was also a concert...

Well to begin with the service when my wife called told me there was a lot of laughing in her ear when she was trying to ask business questions let alone they called us a no show with no refund back which is okay but I think they should have some consideration for the party that’s purchasing from them but I heard this is a very good hotel so I will say I still appreciate them for reconsidering the refund when they did check it over

Once we were checked in, our stay was very nice. However the neighborhood was a little seedy. There were homeless people everywhere. There were "ladies of the evening" . Once our car was valeted, we were able to get in the hotel. The atmospheres were like night and day. The staff was very congenial. And our room was clean and welcoming.

They don't tell you at the front, but they charge you $80 dollars PER DAY of deposit. I had to leave EARLY due to this. Cause they kept ripping money out of my account after telling me the deposit is $80 like yeah, I expect that. But a nightly change was NOT told. Also you are sadly SWARMED with homeless and it felt super unsafe. The room itself smelled like mold and wet, as well as part of the latch lock was broken on the door so I put the cuck chair in front of it, and one of the lightbulbs burnt out that I didn't feel ok with anyone but me in the room due to the reports of theft for that hotel. They also randomly rekeyed my room without notifying me.

The staff here is AMAZING, especially front desk, valet, and the security guard at the entrance. Friendly, helpful, down to earth people. The amenities were good, and if you don’t show up in the last 30 mins of the breakfast time, there was good variety (things run out and don’t get replaced in that last 30 minutes). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the little kitchenette was really helpful. My main concern was how rough the area was. It was very close to a MARTA station — convenient for travel — but there were a lot of homeless people, there were a lot of disruptive people, and there was construction going on in so many different directions that it was difficult to find open sidewalks, so you were forced to walk on broken pavement in narrow spaces with other people. Also, the hotel is right next to the Underground, and there was a Caribbean Festival held late into the night — I’m a light sleeper, so it definitely kept me up. Overall, though, I think I’d stay there again. The staff make it worth it.
