The staff were friendly. The room was small but with everything we needed. The bed and shower were great. We will be back.

The staff and room were nice, but the room backed to a major road that was pretty noisy. Next time, we'd bring ear plugs and a white noise machine to drown out the road noise. Otherwise, a good stay.

As advertised.

Front desk tried to charge me twice. Then didn’t return the 107 dollars. Said I had to pay a security deposit then said I would get only 70 something dollars back. Can’t do laundry after 9pm and doesn’t open in the morning until 9am. So I could do laundry and will have to go out of my way tomorrow to do it. Front desk trying to double charge me and tell me my bank statements will show me something different than what happened doesn’t feel right. Feel like they were trying to intentionally double charge me

Upon check out they did not provide me proof of checking out and proceeded to keep my security deposit when all I did was sleep in the room I was busy the rest of the time out and about, and could not answer me nor give me a reason as to why they did.

Way nicer then the Super 8 next door.. Clean place. I would definitely stay here again. Decent little breakfast sandwiches and waffles in the morning for breakfast.

Quality Inn is the cleanest, most comfortable stay I have come across in five years of frequent travel. I slept 13 hours in a great mattress with nice sheets and a white quilt. Ample fluffy pillows! The Jacuzzi in the suite was high quality. I highly recommend that locals treat themselves to a little retreat. The freeway is a little loud, but just pretend it's a river and you're good! Much better than big name local hotels. Even the breakfast was a thoughtful spread.

It nice but aging.

There was construction around the entrance and on my floor, and the elevator wasn’t working. Also, the carpet in my room was torn and the TV did not work.

The breakfast consisted only of bread and sugary stuff, no eggs or sausage or anything protein related, they need to offer some eggs and sausage and bacon for breakfast, also the hotel is right on the freeway,breakly noisy, I could sleep only with earplugs, also it is almost impossible to get out of the parking lot of the hotel, you need to go around the block, personnel was nice

Bed was very comfortable. The noise from the freeway could be heard.

Wasn’t handicap, friendly!! Needs to improve immediately!!! I wouldn’t suggest it for handicap people.

Quiet and close to everything

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a shower stall which was a bit small and a jacuzzi tub. Staff were friendly. There were no issues.

While we were there, our last day, check out is 11a. What if a person worked late or got in late? What if they wanted to sleep in until 10:30 and then grab their stuff and check out? We were in the bed, relaxing before packing up, it was about 8:30-9a ish and someone started very strong sawing on the headboard in the next room. We could hear saw/sanding and hammering or beating on something. OUR head board is on the SAME wall. Again, what if we had wanted to sleep? That definitely wasn't happening. Staff has from check out time 11a until check in time 3p to fix any repairs a room may need.

The beds were a little too firm. But other then that I was satisfied with our stay.

We had a pleasant stay. Our room was clean and the customer service was professional and friendly.
