Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The guy at the reception, Ghadir, was super friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was okay and had everything we needed. However, the breakfast was disappointing, with very limited choices available. Unfortunately, the lady working at the buffet was rude, and I didn’t appreciate the way she responded to my question.

The location was perfect for my visit to the Auditorio, though it’s in a residential area about a 30-minute walk from the old town. Buses stop right outside. The room was nicely renovated and spacious, and they’re currently renovating other floors as well. The bathroom was a bit dated, but perfectly fine (the shower is in the bathtub). Good breakfast and helpful staff. The lift has a rather eye-catching sticker of a woman with very heavy, crusty makeup.

Very old and outdated rooms that are not clean. We had stayed at Ilunion in Bilbao, so we thought it would be clean and comfortable. I would not recommend this place. Horrible room with broken shower, hair in the sink, and dirt on the floor.

We stayed in ILUNION Romareda hotel in July of 2023. Here is my take on the hotel. The furnitures are very dated, TV in my room was an old monitor, the other TV in the other room was better. No smart TV, no watchable channels. I personally think the bathroom is not safe for anyone with balancing issue, knees or back injuries. Bidet Bowl is right where you step in the bath tub. Hotel need to install anti-sleep mat in the tub. If I were a senior citizen I would be very concerned to step in the tub, any falling will have serious consequences. Location is not the greatest, 30 minutes walk to downtown but the public transportation is very close. The free breakfast was fantastic.

Very comfortable hotel with great breakfast. Convenient to the new football stadium, Miguel Servet hospital, the main park and all my favorite parts of Zaragoza.
