All staff from reception to bar to breakfast service were excellent definitely recommend this hotel to anyone we had a course in conference room which was well organised Many thanks to all the staff

Don't go if the weather is hot! No air conditioning in bedrooms! Without doubt the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. Breakfast was pretty rubbish too. Won't be back!

If a hotel says it has air conditioning, then if you’re on the top floor or the bottom it shouldn’t matter. We stayed on the top floor and were told that because it was the top floor the air conditioning struggles. In fairness the staff found a fan when we were out and put it in the room but it made no difference. You shouldn’t advertise that you have air conditioning if it isn’t fit for purpose.

Great staging location, Comfortable and great standard. The guests were happy, the staff were pleasant and freely engaged with us. A high standard accommodation, great parking and great location. Thank you

Gym too hot

The room on the 5th floor was clean and comfortable. The heating/cooling system was not working in the room and there was a portable dehumidifier with a fan that moved the air around. It was pretty warm but tolerable. The next night it was cooler outside and our room was more comfortable.

Bang average that’s all you can say really parking expensive as nothing around to warrant charging for parking.

Lovely hotel

Our stay was short but very good except for when we went for dinner and breakfast, the air conditioning was on full force which made it very cold to sit and enjoy your meal. We did mention to the staff and so did many other people so hopefully they got someone in to correct the problem

There were children running around and very noisy not respecting the ambience of the surroundings.

Nice size room and friendly check-in staff.

Room was very nice, comfy bed . Staff friendly, just didn’t like the food ( everything deep fried)

More toilet roll would be helpful on arrival

Good breakfast and clean room

Picked this hotel as a stop off for the ferry to jersey. Had everything we needed. Breakfast really good. Had to pay for parking which we didn’t really appreciate.

The visit to this hotel was a pleasure from when we booked to when we left

The room wasn't as clean as expected. The electric outlets didn't work. Someone came rapidly to fix it. At the restaurant, the server didn't bring us water like the others neither come back to see how we were doing. It is a good quality price. Even with those inconvénients, we would go back for a short journey. One or two days.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities were very clean. Food was amazing
