Clean but towels missing

Enjoyed my stay. So close to Old Quebec City.

Property is dirty. Cigarette butts and broken glass all over, so we had to be extra cautious taking our dog out. Parking not ideal. I wouldn’t say they have enough spaces for how many rooms or possibly locals take the spots and it’s not monitored so you need to secure a spot early and leave the vehicle. Neighbourhood seemed a little run down. Bed was broken and uncomfortable, and the bathtub leaked. Staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was beans, bagels and boiled eggs both days, so basic.

The room was very clean. The hotel staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful

La chambre n’était pas propre, l’ameublement était vraiment désuet, ça sentait mauvais ! Nous avons quitté après 30 minutes. J’étais vraiment fâché. Notre chambre ne ressemblait en rien aux photos du site internet.

Very easy to park

Clean room and staff were nice.

Les draps d'un des 2 lits n'avaient été remplacés et il y avait des traces de pattes de gros chien, pas de micro-ondes dans la chambre, pas assez de stationnements pour le nombre de chambres de l'hôtel et nous sentions les ressorts dans les matelas.

Je ne recommande pas, odeur de fumée

Pas de clé pour la porte et les lumière ne fonctionne pas
