WiFi didn’t work the entire stay. Called for assist but never fixed. Many items in room were broken, microwave didn’t work, outlets not working, no vent fan in bathroom, bathroom faucet loose, bathtub non slip was worn off, tub slippery. Pool area old and no where to sit because seats were soaked from humidity. No towles available by pool. The staff was friendly. Breakfast items were not very tasty.

Very nice stay. Great staff very clean. Breakfast and coffee good. Would return.

Nice hotel

Staff was unpleasant, other than that check in was easy.

Perfectly adequate, clean, and family friendly. Breakfast was good .. would have preferred the option to eat in my room while doing work, especially with all the kids in the dining area.

Overnight stay. Everything was fine, bed a little uncomfortable but fine for the night. Staff was pleasant. Just as expected for level of hotel, would stay there again.

Great place to stay

3 star hotel. Decent price. Lots of stores and food in walking distance. Service not great.

A little dated but appropriate for the price we paid. Staff were great, food tasty and my grandaughter loved the pool.

We were visting NH for a baby shower The location was excellent easy to get to from NY Comfortable beds and the breakfast was great Will come here again

Over all a good stay

This hotel is apparently connect to a gym that owns the fantastic pool pictured on their website which they have no control over when its open or available as they are just granted access to it during certain times but they make it look like its their pool. needless to say that is why we booked there only to get there and be told that it was closed because the owner of the gym was having a private party.

The staff were great and accommodating.

We have stayed here several times. It is very comfortable. We enjoy the breakfast - good selection and comfortable seating. The young man working in the breakfast area does a great job replenishing food and keeping the area clean.

Staff was friendly and tried helping with whatever they can.

Front check in representative was unfriendly , unkind , and unhelpful. She made a trip for my tired employees difficult when a simple phone call could have solved the issue. Her last name was Allen and she was the assistant manager. Just to be transparent, I have stayed at Marriott property’s for over 25yrs numerous times and this is the FIRST bad review I am writing. Management should take a look at customer relations from this person and I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel with her as the front desk person
