Comfortable, handy location for centre, OK breakfast. Staff very nice. Free hot drinks at any time. Room and bathroom clean

Lovely hotel, very friendly.

Always enjoy a trip to this hotel ,well situated ,plus car park ,although you have to pay a charge ,which was always free ,but it won’t stop us using this hotel.

We came for weekend break which we enjoyed the hotel was of vey good quality it had everything we needed and location was ideal

Liz and team were excellent hosts.bery friendly staff and ensured everything was ok. Lovely hotel but the noise from the road is loud as very busy road if room if facing this way.

Fantastic value, comfy clean rooms. Wonderful buffet style breakfast. Free tea and coffee from the minute you arrive.

The hotel is just a 5 minute walk into town with parking that is £10 a night, the only downside side is the walls are thin and if you’ve got a neighbour whose got their tv on loud , like I did, you’ll get no sleep

No issues other than no meals available for dinner.

Easy access for the city and going out and about from the hotel

It was easy walking to town centre and parks. The race course is right next door to hotel if you want to go. This was our second visit to the hotel and the staff there are very friendly and they went the extra mile for us

Very clean property. £10 a day to park , this is reasonable for chester. Easy to walk up into town.

I had booked an extra night, to make my traveling plans easier. But didn't know that I had to pay £10.00 a night for parking, so it made a good priced hotel, dearer.

Noisy room for disabled which was via cheap door connected to other room(where somebody was listening tv all night)
