Could have offered details about pool being closed

I think this hotel needs some updating. However, the staff treated us very well which was appreciated.

Solid but overbooked when I showed up had to wait in the lobby for a few hours. Good people and staff

The hotel had comfortable beds and was clean. The staff and housekeeping excellent. Here is where they fall short. If you are in a wheel chair like I was take notes. - the bed height was too high for someone in a wheelchair. I had to jump up and roll in. - the bathroom door was heavy and tried to slam shut each time trying to open it. - the walk in shower was only available to double bed rooms. - the shower sprayer that you adjust for wheelchair height did not work. - the hall door should have a push bar to open door automatically from both sides.

Nice stay at a good price for Father's Day get-together.

Great hotel and attentive staff. Stayed for one night and everything was great.

Booked and paid extra for balcony, received first floor and couldn't even open the door. Rooms felt really small. Felt claustrophobic with the huge sofa in that small space. Sheets were a little wet from laundry so the whole room felt humid for the first day.

I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Fishkill, NY. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted, offered 2 bottles of water, and was given a complete explanation of what time breakfast is served, as well as dinner hours. The service here is excellent! Great value for the money!

I was Charged again at arrival even though I paid ahead. When I brought It up, Tyler knew exactly what happened and fixed it for me. He also went above and beyond to help me find my lost phone. Kudos to the staff for going the extra mile.

We stayed for one night and the room was disgusting. It stunk, there was still stuff in the room from the previous guests, bedding was dirty, and overall unkempt. The pool was also non functioning. The check in person however was FANTASTIC and they should really be managing a high end resort.

The property served our needs well.

Had a small problem upon arrival and a woman in housekeeping fixed it immediately. All went well.

Great hotel with restaurant (the food was excellent) and snack bar for late night arrivals. I really liked all of the lobby area with ample seating for reading/visiting/working/eating.

Loved that the property had a bar and restaurant. Cleanliness and the food options were great. Enjoyed the stay.

No usb ports in the room. Clean room, clean comfy bed, but aesthetically the worst I’ve ever stayed. decor from the 80’s!
