Great location and staff. Clean room.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially to the kids. The room was nice and clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, while I really enjoyed the sauna. Overall a great experience, as is with all my stays at the Prince George

We had a great stay here with my family. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Lobby is nice. Rooms and hallways are kinda tired, not modern and not old in a nice way. Buiding is not high so a lot of rooms obstructed view by neighbouring office buildings. Pool and hot tab are nice. Friendly helpful staff.

Overall my stay was good. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Very friendly staff along with good room service food. Only downside was that the flapper chain that connects the handle lever to the rubber seal at the bottom somehow came undone… I was able to fix it myself but I didn’t plan on shoving my hands in the toilet tank lol. Along with this, when I entered the room initially there were dark particulates and a brown build up in the toilet however this went away upon flushing. Nonetheless I had a good stay and would stay here again.

Everything was great! The hotel was busy but staff was very present and attentive!

We have stayed at the property many times and enjoy its location and friendly staff. This time, however, due to a big event in town, we were not pleased with our room as it had 2 connecting doors. Each of the connecting rooms was occupied making our room more noisy that usual. Fortunately, each room was occupied for the first night only and the second night was quiet. When we mentioned this at check out, the staff were very apologetic and gave us complementary parking to compensate.

Staff are awesome

Pool- the floor in the pool was really dirty and there were no towels anytime we went down. It would be very helpful to put in some benches as there is not near enough seating- I was quite disappointed with the pool area.
