The property was in the process of renovation and the pool was inaccessible. The tv was not a smart tv so our choices were limited. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

A/C unit bairly worked. Asked for a new room but it was the same, very old, hardly blowing window A/C. Had purchased a fan at a local store to stay cool at night. We found dried blood on the sheets. Staff was kind and mostly helpful.

The room was very clean and fresh. Only issue was a wet spot by the window. Bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows. Shower was great, no waiting for hot water and a rain shower head as well as a hand held one. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free breakfast at Ricky’s was a nice bonus. Overall a great stay.

Firstly, we are really disappointed after enter in room. The bed was too small compared to show on photos while booking. Water flow in shower is slow as well which to long to clean up . And there was water marks on washroom celling. We are not happy to stay there anymore .

Inside, the building: rooms and service were excellent apart from a noisy air conditioner, spots on towels and insufficient ventilation in bathroom to get rid of smell after people use toilet. Bed was comfortable, big flat screen, new shower, sink, etc. Outside: bit sketchy area. Local people wandering around lot, and not as attractive overall. A sign warned us that we were parking at our own risk to making us a bit Leary. Might be good to put a fence around the property to make more secure. Otherwise we highly recommend this motel and would likely stay there again.

We ate at the adjoining restaraunt and staff was super fast and breakfast was tasty

3rd floor hall ac not working . AC in the room turned off. 34 degrees outside not any cooler inside. OK just 3 hours later. plugging in the coffee maker underneath the stand an adventure. Other than that still a good deal with the 10 buck coupon for each of us at the attached Ricki's, hard to beat

Very comfortable bed and pillows in the room. Our only concern was the ceilings in the hallway on 3rd floor. The roof had leaked at some point and the ceiling was peeling and cracking. Didn’t effect our 10 night stay but was not attractive to look at to and from the elevator.

The room was clean, bed was so comfortable and the pillows were absolutely perfect.

This place is newly renovated and was spotless. Ignore previous comments as they are outdated. THe place was beautiful and it felt as if I was the first person to stay in a brand new room. Completely impressed and would highly recommend.

No problems with my stay. However, my access card constantly failed. Issues entering my room. Had the card replaced twice. Still took 3-5 attempts to be able to get into my room.

Good clean place to stay

The rooms appear to have been very nicely renovated, very minimalist/modern however more attention to cleanliness could be made. Urine stains around toilet base, toothpaste in bathroom door, no spare blanket, very old air conditioning unit that needs replacing….to name a few things. Beds were comfortable and all in all the overnight stay there served its purpose. Likely will not return.

Staff was wonderful but the property and rooms were in terrible shape.

The pillows were very uncomfortable- seemed foam that wasn’t malleable. Breakfast at Ricky’s was fine - good service.
