I was on the first floor and I kept waking up from noises outside my room just from people cleaning walking around rooms are not soundproof

Pet friendly.

The receptionist was annoying she keeps telling my kids not to run when they weren't running, this made my stay at this hotel uncomfortable. If tou have kids i wouldn't recommend it.

Our stay was not good. The room had bad order & beds are old. Hurt our backs

Our stay at this property in Flagstaff was excellent.The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. Lots of eating options within walking distance.Free self parking definitely a bonus. Enjoyed free coffee and tea in the lobby 24hours which is definitely worth it.Not many places provide this service.Keep up all the services . Very convenient to both national parks.Will stay again the next time we pass through Flagstaff.Rooms and bed very comfortable .Themicrowave and fridge allotted in the room which made it easy to reheat leftovers .

Quiet, comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast was great. It included biscuits and gravy, and they were phenomenal!!! I had to deal with 3 different people working the front desk, they were all super nice, patient and helpful.

This is one of our favorite places in Flagstaff to stay at with our family of five. Customer service is top notch. The location is great if you're just passing through Flagstaff or if you want to stay awhile.

This is our favorite place to stay at when we are in Flagstaff. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is awesome and the lounge area is cozy but spacious. The hotel was calm and usually quiet. And it is very well located, so with multiple restaurants within walking distance and options for shopping.

The room was very clean, but the thing I liked best was the shower. Very clean, water pressure excellent, but the shower head was spectacular. Usually in other hotels one or the other fails. This shower worked perfectly

Buffet breakfast was amazing! Easy parking and great location in Flagstaff. Only complaint was that walls were pretty thin - my partner and I were often awoken by the breakfast setting up in the early morning, our neighbors upstairs, and doors opening in the hall. Service was great and staff was very friendly. Overall, great place to stay.
