While the hotel is beautiful, there were many small things that added up to it being a l as than ideal experience. The Expedia listing says the rooms are soundproofed which is an absolute lie. There is noise coming from the balconies, DJ on the rooftop until midnight in the middle of the week, cleaners were starting as early at 8:45am banging around in the hallways and adjacent rooms, I could even hear the footsteps of the people above me. Used earplugs and a white noise machine and was still woken up constantly. The wifi was unusable. I ran a speed test and the download speed was 1.07 Mbps, upload didn't even register and was 0 Mbps. I had an important call and had to hotspot from my phone in order to complete it. The toiletries in the shower were watered down, tried using the body was and all that came out of the pump were a few sudsy bubbles. It was not refilled during my 4 night stay. Finally, most of the staff was great but there was one in particular at the rooftop bar who was so rude to me I was nearly in tears and ended up leaving sooner than planned. I'd say location and the pools were the best part about this hotel but would have very serious doubts about staying there again.

Hotel was in a great area. Room was great. Just the rooftop pool and bar was over crowded and pool too hard to get in and out of. Didn’t try other 2 pools

Fantastic hotel within easy walking of Palma centre. The staff and service provided were excellent - the views of the old town and bay from the sky bar are exceptional. We would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Palma.

A great hotel, and unusually for a city centre hotel there are three swimming pools and a roof top bar. The rooms were ultra cool and quiet for a great nights sleep. An excellent hotel right in the heart of the city.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We love a rooftop bar and this hotel had the bar, the views and the amazing food and drinks. It was so central and so easy to walk into town or to the marina. When I booked it, I didn’t realise there were 3 pools to choose from so if the rooftop beds are full (which happened mid morning) then you could just choose another pool.

Great hotel, great location and facilities

This property was in the perfect area with so much to do around. It was clean and had a great breakfast buffet. I was super happy with this property and I highly recommend it. The rooftop restaurant had an amazing view of the cathedral.

Very well positioned for Palma city break with added advantage of 3 lovely pools to use to escape heat. Really comfortable clean rooms too.

A lovely Hotel in the centre of Palma. Rooms were lovely with everything you needed. Breakfast V good with great choice. Very chic decor and 2 pools one on the rooftop. Both providing drinks and snacks. The Hotel needs to Stop guests leaving towels on sun beds preventing other guests using them!
