Everything was great.

- Visible footprints on the floor - Dust on tables, the headboard, and surfaces throughout - Stains on the bedding and bathroom countertop - A patio door on the ground floor with no handle and left open on arrival - Dusty cups and plates - Only one towel provided for three guests - Dirty Bedding - Sofa bed was dirty, ,

The hotel location and staff were really good and helpful.

If they put half as much effort into the rooms as they did famcying up their foyer, this would be a fantastic stay. Instead the beds were quite uncomfortable, our bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke, and there were brown fingerprints on the walls. I shudder to think about what caused them.

Las instalaciones del Lobby son hermosas pero las condiciones de los cuartos están muy deteriorado, parece que no le hacen buen mantenimiento. Además el aire acondicionado solo era calefacción y tuvimos mucho calor. Yo lo catalogo de 2 estrellas no 4.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Decent pool even if we didn’t get the chance to use it due to bad weather. Would definitely recommend and come back

Really nice hotel once you walk in. Lobby, hallways, and the room are all very clean. A large selection for breakfast. Hotel has free shuttle to a metro station where Line 1 takes you into the city center.

Great hotels and exceptional value. Room and breakfast were both amazing. One issue we had is the shuttle service. We were given a printout shown the last service is 11:00pm. It was actually 5:30pm.

Very good place to relax. But public transportation is a bit hassle with long gap between each bus time table while 5-10 minutes of walk going to the bus stop

Friendly staff, including the barista each morning who remembered the coffee we liked and provided excellent service. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. The shuttle to the metro stop is convenient but we also enjoyed the walk a few times. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Modern spacious rooms, excellent restaurants and some walkable nearby. Excellent pool and pool bar. Shuttle to nearby Metro station to access the city sightseeing. Enjoyed our stay immensely!
